I took my daughter to Park Royal Hotel for one night as part of her 21st birthday celebration. The hotel's location was perfect after attending a show at the Royal Albert Hall. The hotel deserves its 5-star rating, but the restaurant experience felt like it may have been lacking a star.

The position of the restaurant is beautiful overlooking the park although, unfortunately, we went on a January evening when it was dark so we couldn't appreciate the view to the full. We were there on a Sunday evening so the restaurant was quiet but this certainly didn't spoil our enjoyment. My food was delicious but there was a problem with my wife's main course this was sorted out very promptly and didn't interfere with our enjoyment of the evening. The service was exceptionally good.
