Beautiful Parador in the heart of the island. The mountainlodge has stunning views. You can even see mount Teide from here. The whole place respirates an air of grandeur.

we just stop for a coffee and admire so spectacular views. mandatory visit if you stop on the weave cross. very professional staff. They put us a courtesy sweet to accompany the coffee. economic price despite its category and location.

We stopped for some coffee on our way to Roque Nublo. The cafeteria was a bit too chaotic and noisy inside for being a nice hotel, but outside is amazing in their chill out sofas. The views are stunning! Note: they also host events like weddings. Voir le carte

the best hotel on the island. it is noted that they take care of the details, which you are in a rest and relaxation place. The best breakfast buffet I've ever been to. the views are impressive. The spa is small, but being in that pool looking at the horizon I don't change it for anything. I've been around four times and I'll be back. I highly recommend it. Only one night you already have an absolute rest and disconnection.

This comment is for the Cafeteria area.Between and I was told that the food would take overbooking in the kitchen (it is good to be warned), although then the food came in a more than acceptable time. The views are spectacular.I asked for a vegetable burger with tofu, very good presentation and taste. I asked to change the fries by wet potatoes and there were no problems. The red wet one of the best I've ever tasted and I'm an addict to the wets.

Stunning location, and a lovely building. The views are truly amazing and there are great hiking trails from right outside the door of the hotel. For a mountain hotel, the rooms are good if perhaps a little dated. Big balconies for sitting out on to admire the views, and everything spotlessly clean. The air conditioning was perhaps not brilliant but we were there in August and we never got too hot in the room. We ate one night in the hotel restaurant and the food was fantastic an opportunity to try some local dishes, and the staff were very friendly.
