Papa John's Pizza Brentwood

How can it take over hours for a pizza. Rude staff when called. Basically a lump it approach. Never again. Competition here we come.

We ordered 20 pizzas for our scout camp and everything was delivered correctly and hot within 30 minutes. The staff did an excellent job and the person who took our order was very polite.

Dominos is always reliable for delivery and we love their food. However, it can be quite pricey to order from them now. We recommend trying their 40-quid family meal deal for a special occasion. Nothing goes to waste with their generous portions.

after looking through the menu of different pizzas ,sides and desserts we made our choice and while waiting it was quite interesting watching the chefs making the pizzas and noted that the toppings were fresh and not frozen ,which was a plus. our choice of.. american hot pizza which included jalapeno slices was superb and the hot choc chip cookie dessert was a good contrast after our spicy pizza all very enjoyable and we look forward to our next visit .

we ordered a pizza late in the night as it was the only place open. the food lasted two hours. we called them three times to follow the delivery. we also asked for special questions, not to knock on the doorstep and to ring... and when they were out, so we could gather that. on the phone the staff was very rude and said all orders take hour and minutes, which is absolutely müll. if they order only eat there is an estimated time anyway! when the pizza naturally arrived, they knocked on the door and disregarded our requests that we made via the phone. all in all a terrible experience and will not disturb again.

I have never been spoken to so rudely by a delivery driver before in my life! The man called me from outside my apartment and threatened to drive away with my pizza if I didn't come down within a minute. I asked him if he could deliver to my actual apartment on the ground floor of a small building, as I was not fully dressed and had an ankle injury. The driver spoke to me aggressively, making me feel verbally abused. He insisted that I either come outside to collect the pizza or he would leave without completing the delivery. To be honest, I must begin by saying how impressed I was with the quality of the vegetarian chilli freak pizza we ordered. it was probably perfect with a delicious crust and tantalizing good amounts of seasoned and heat made – it's just a shame with it. what came before him. during a period of control, in which hygiene measures should be paramount in the food industry and in the takeaway kitchen, we were very disappointed that the workers in the work should not keep through these guidelines, do not wear masks, bart nets, gloves and, terrible to deal with meat without washing their hands before spreading vegetarian toppings. this is very, very bad and something that I will write to papa John’...

It was arguably perfectly done with a delicious crust and tantalisingly good amounts of spice and heat — it’s just a shame with...what came before it.
