"overall it is an absolutely beautiful Italian place, very centrally located, absolutely amazing eating and nice friendly staff. was my friends 19th birthday and when they had asked, they had sparkles and a whisper plate on request, absolute life saving! only light was the ambiente, it's a little quiet and if someone from the restaurant reads this, please never play this musical playlist in tw with the cartoon mouse around the platter, felt as if I understood my loosing. as soon as the music changed and the place filled a little more, it was perfect. if they can ask for the seat at the window that looked beautiful "

The food was OK. But the staff is unfriendly. The goal is to have so many clients as possible and they don't care about the rest. They forget they have to count on tourists.

Amazing meal in Papa Carlo. Nadia was absolutely outstanding, she was so friendly, all the staff (including kitchen staff) made us feel so welcome. Food was lovely and fresh. Really reasonable. Definitely recommend! Voir le carte

we ordered pizza, waited 20min and they come back to tell us that they no longer have the pizza dough, so we have to order something else. they were not very nice. ends to eat ravioli (full oil.) do not recommend this place at all. it was also kind of dirty, especially the bathroom.

Probably one of our worst dinning experiences. The food was horrible, the quality of the charcuterie meats was unacceptable, the pizza crust was absolutely soaked, the pasta my wife ordered was tasteless seemed more like mashed potatoes than pasta. The service was horrible, took forever to get the food the attitude of the servers was unacceptable. Avoid this place !
