"Must have time to describe my steak night meal at La Chianina. This is the breed of a cow and at this restaurant located in Nicolosi a small town on mount Etna a wonderful Volcano in Sicily. We were a group of ten guests and...I had the best steak lately. As American I would consider this restaurant the best place to have a steak with Sicilian owners that kindly give you information on what steak meat to chose and cook it with great knowledge.
