"We ate Thai curry and Kaiserschmarrn here today in a very pleasant atmosphere. Both were excellent and thanks to the huge portion we will still have some of the Kaiserschmarrn tomorrow We were served in a friendly and courteous manner and the boss took the time to have a little chat. I give this 5 stars in good conscience (unfortunately there is no more) We 'd love to come back when we 're at Tegernsee again Unfortunately I couldn 't select the Thai curry in the Recommendations section."

"Die Entscheidung, meinen Geburtstag im Luitpold zu feiern, war perfekt. Schon in der Vorbereitung lief Alles reibungslos. Die Chefin und das Personal sind nicht nur extrem freundlich, kompetent und hilfsbereit, sondern auch sehr schnell und nie aufdringlich. Dies gilt auch für das liebevoll zubereitete Frühstück, das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Ein großes Lob an die Küche, die sowohl bei den Vorspeisen als auch beim Buffet gezaubert und alle Gäste begeistert haben. Für jede Feier sehr zu empfehlen, da die Räumlichkeiten sehr flexibel genutzt werden können. Volle Punktzahl in allen Bereichen ein unvergesslicher Abend."

"It used to be our tribal place, even when it was called Wackis Bodega. The location is exceptional. Staff is nice, the 2 stars. But...the pizza there is the worst we've ever eaten after 1/4 pizza we stopped eating them. The floor white, pizza in general tasteless, had ordered extra peperonis instead of putting whole on it, small fuzzels were done on it. When asked for chili oil to give the pizza something taste, we were told that they were not a pizzeria. Yes, man, there's no one to offer if you can't. Supplement to the owner's comment: Years ago, no equal stay was required and this time we gave the restaurant a chance. The pizza was later disposed of."

"Coming to Tengernsee was a very exciting experience for me. Beautiful mountains, astonishing views and lovely winter weather. Coming to this specific restaurant left a very sour taste in my mouth (not literally because the food was lovely). A waitress whom I asked for directions...to the bathroom ignored me blatantly 3 times and i asked a 4th time and she yelled at me 'One minute ' 3 times as though I was some incompetent human. She treated all her other customers with respect except me. So I went and started looking for the bathroom myself. She found me lost and asked me 'WHA 'T ' at which point I told her I was looking for the bathroom and she just stood there pointed in the direction. I am not sure why decided to treat me in particular like sh**t but she did and I am starting to think that she simply did not like me because of the color of my skin. In addition to that as I was walking to the bathroom there was a young man who had his face painted in Black wearing a hat with jamaican colors- clearly doing the whole 'black face ' thing. This is my conclusion: it appears that a country that lives in the shadow of racist past still exists so I suggest you leave this sleepy town that is full of racists who tolerate astonishing appalling behaviour! The food was great but this whole experience has left a very bitter taste in my mouth for Tegernsee generally. My advice to the restaurant owner: As the world becomes more and more interconnected you should know that there will be more diverse looking people who travel and dine in your restaurant. Be more discerning about who you hire, fire those who think they are better than others and keep your brand profile established."

"General: When we enjoyed the summer freshness at the Tegernsee in 2001, we came to four visits by the Schandl, a traditional inn where the inn was most personally served in full power and the forest workers returned to their regular table after work. The Schandl has closed after a change of host in October 2015 and since then the property is empty, with the last card in the showcase. As a classic host house, the shooting site is located in Tegernsee. Located in the Alpbach Valley next to the shooting site (vulgo shooting facility of the Royally privileged fire-fighting company Tegernsee. At our arrival on a Monday evening, the 50 meter small caliber system was also shot. There has been nothing in the shooting site since 2001 after our memory and that's good. At the tribal table in the shade a long table with Tegernseern, many traditionally dressed. On the sun terrace also locals and of course tourists of all ages. The homepage is linked to “restaurant” with Tripadvisor, which we naturally acknowledge more demanding gastroguides with a nasal hulls, but the range of our platform is still capable of being expanded. The two others had not fallen on their mouth and were very well suited to the host house. The drinks on the warm summer evening stood comfortably fast on the table and the dishes fit in the sequence.
