This small restaurant is a somehow remote, so you must go there on purpose. But the trip, on a winding road through the wood, will be fully rewarded by an excellent dinner and a great view of Siena, in the sunset. The menu is based on local dishes, well and freshly cooked, and they offer a very good house wine. The service is friendly and effective and at the end, you will get a fair price for a very pleasant experience.

Situated on top of a mountain, from the terrace you have a nice view over the siena hills. It 's not hard to find, just follow the signs 'Tegoia ', it 's just on top of the mountain so it 's a curvy road up. The food is fantastic, simple as Italian food should be but really good! I had the antipasti, which were homemade and original, excellent. And the fried lamchops, homemade fries and season vegetables also very good! Friendly staff, small authetic family restaurant, one of the best places I 've been in Tuscany!

cena con i colleghi, abbiamo avuto una piacevole serata. il ristorante ha accolto tutte le nostre richieste in termini di preferenze alimentari. abbiamo mangiato a base di funghi e fritto, tutto super. un meraviglioso antipasto misto (non solo bruschette e ms affettati anche sformato, polenta, e altro), risotto con porcini e poi fritto tipico di questo ristorante, funghi, verdure e carne. Ottimo vino da casa. luogo semplice, essenziale e accogliente. E per i vegani, basta comunicarlo quando si prenota e si alzerà satisfactorily! Voir le carte
