Bellissima esperienza in un luogo rilassante nel centro storico di Empoli. Piatti della tradizione rivisitati. Gustosissimi.

Local and authentic atmosphere. Amazing homemade dishes. Sweet and professional staff and meeting the owner was an experience in itself, while he sat down with us and sang and played his guitar.

Ristorante molto bello situato nel centro di Empoli, corredato anche di tavoli all'aperto. Piatti veramente ottimi, sapori molto delicati e ricercati partendo però dalla tradizione culinaria locale, grande varietà di vini, personale cortese e professionale. Inoltre il giovane titolare Leandro è veramente molto simpatico e genuino, abbiamo trascorso una bella serata in compagnia. Sicuramente ci torneremo. CONSIGLIATISSIMI.

Ristorante molto caldo e accogliente. Ogni dettaglio denota gusto e ricercatezza, nulla è banale. Materia prima ricercata, di ottima qualità e locale che lo chef trasforma in modo da esaltarne le qualità e stimolare il palato, rendendo la cena un'esperienza unica, fatta di sapori e di cultura. Ottima carta dei vini che lo chef abbina sapientemente alla varie portate. Esperienza da ripetere più e più volte. Lo consiglio a coloro che vivono il cibo come un'esperienza!

We had an absolutely amazing time at the Osteria IL Papero: The food was absolutely on point. The chef plays a lot with the flavors and designs dishes with very rare ingredients (in our case black garlic, and aged anchovies liquid) The chef Leandro is unbelievably friendly. Since we didn't speak a word Italian, he took the time to introduce the menu to us, dish by dish in English. You really see his passion for food when he did, it's contagious and you see this back in the food. The prices are very fair, good even when you see the quality.
