"Uno dei ristoranti più conosciuti a Parma il menù rispecchia i classici menù del territorio , la qualità delle materie prime usate nei loro piatti sono ottime come Ottima la loro qualità. It is the restaurant connected to the Forlanini 52 hotel, but it lives independently. It is located in a famous industrial area of Parma, which could twist the nose but... that guarantees in my way to see 3 key winning aspects: easy parking (so also accessibility , a definitely non-tourist menu as in the usual restaurants of the city center, select clientele (no noisy boards . At the F52 then you do not go by chance: you go if you want to taste excellent dishes, modern and also refined, mainly based on fish in a modern and elegant place. The cost of course is medium-high, especially if you want to try crustacean dishes such as Catalana or sea bran (red and purple shrimp, curls, tuna, etc.). But the raw material is really of quality, and it is of value also as it is treated, without destroying it or covering it.
