"My wife has had a gym membership at the hotel for almost 30 years and is a regular attendee. As part of her membership, we received a voucher for a meal at Orwell's Restaurant in the hotel. We used the voucher last night and thoroughly enjoyed our meal, as well as the excellent service provided by all staff members. Since it was a weekend, the hotel was not very busy and they were offering a reduced menu in the restaurant, which we were informed about upon arrival. The service was top-notch, the food was well-prepared and beautifully presented. We plan to return mid-week when the full menu is available with our next voucher. All staff members were fantastic, but special mention goes to Muriel who greeted us with a warm smile, and Kennedy, our waiter who made sure everything went smoothly."

The food was not at all worth the £60 we paid. I kno they have you captive so will overcharge but the quality was just not acceptable.

At the end of the day I look forward to a relaxing, soothing ambiance and meal. The meal was okay, but the music was weird and distracting, bordering on stressful.

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant during a two-day conference. I dined at Orwells a few times and the food was excellent. Kennedy provided outstanding customer service. Thank you!

My girlfriend and I had one night at the Crowne Plaza and popped in here for breakfast. Full english for me, Continental for her, can't fault it. Will do the same again, a good way to set you up for a day of travelling.

I have been staying at this restaurant for the majority of this month, primarily on weekdays. During this time, I have had the pleasure of being taken care of by Issy in the morning at breakfast and Julian in the evening at dinner. Both of them have been exceptionally kind and helpful. A brightly-lit cafe style brasserie. We were there with American business guests and they thought it was good, but personally I thought it very average. Crowne Inn is, after all, an expensive place to stay and I think the food should be better. It was edible fodder and nothing wrong with it, but nothing very inspiring. I wouldn 't rush to go back.
