"Hemos ido hoy a probar el menú degustación y ha sido todo un acierto. Las elaboraciones son de alta cocina. En general todo muy rico. Evidentemente, al ser los chefs alumnos en formación puede haber pequeños fallos. Por algún tipo de retraso en cocina, nos sirvieron el canelón antes que el coulant. La chica de sala se disculpó de manera muy profesional (me recordó a las pruebas de exteriores de masterchef . A destacar el ceviche, uno de los mejores que he comido (mejor que algunos que he probado en Perú . El canelón de ciervo exquisito. Mereció la pena el retraso del coulant de hongos, plato muy sorprendente y muy bien rematado. Ya en los postres, he de decir que la crema de limón de la flor manchega me trasladó a reino Unido y su lemon curd. El bizcocho con el crumble de pistachos y la salsa de chocolate blanco forman un conjunto sublime. Por poner un pero, la miga del pan era un poco mazacote y costaba partirlo. Para repetir una y mil veces más. Se nota que los alumnos ponen mucho empeño. En total, dos menús degustación de 12 platos , una cerveza, un refresco y dos cafés, 79,75€. Cada euro pagado merece la pena. Adjunto fotos de los platos, menos los dos últimos que se me olvidó hacer foto."

"El pasado domingo un grupo de amigos probamos el menú de las Jornadas del Cachopo Asturiano . Todo estuvo perfecto. Veníamos de hacer la ruta de las Barrancas de Burujon y la sidra fresquita entraba demasiado bien. Los caramelos de bogavante curiosos y ricos, la ensalada justa y de calidad. Luego pedimos cuatro de los cinco tipos de cachopo y estaban todos buenísimos. Para acabar el sorbete de limón refrescante, un rico frixuelo y un café, todo ello con un precio muy ajustado para la cantidad y calidad Ahora a hacer planes y volver, seguro, para probar la fabada."

"Today after our shopping trip we started driving around and after taking a wrong turn at a roundabout looking for somewhere to eat and I spotted this place in a village called Bargas, on the outskirts of Toledo. It´s called La Venta Arroceria so we decided to stop as it looked really nice as it had an outside terrace. We sat down and immediately a lovely waitress came and took our order, as I wasn´t driving, I got out of that one today by forgetting to bring my driving licence with me, I asked for a glass of San Miguel and the wife an orange Fanta. Along it came and a really nice and posh looking tapa of russian salad. It was excellent and so was the beer, which was gladly appreciated after a morning of trolley pushing throughout the whole shopping centre for the missus in search of paint! I asked that we would like to eat the Menu Of The Day and we were told to enter the restaurant inside and take a seat which we did. We realised that the menu of the day here wasn´t like the typical one served elsewhere, it was sort of gourmet style, but not a problem with me. Another lovely waitress came along and took our order. Mine was a bowl of tuna salad to start with and for second plate I ordered mackerel as I have never tried it before. The wife also ordered a salad for starters and some croquettes for seconds. The salad was immediately served and we were both happy with it, nothing left on the bowls, not even the bread! Then came along the mackerel which had a really nice presentation and tasted very good indeed, I could have done with some more potatoes though but all is good. The wife had her croquettes served with some sliced potatoes on the side and scoffed the lot faster that you can blink so they must have been tasty! For desert I had a flan with cream which was fine looking, cool and tasty, nothing compared to the last one I had in Aranjuez which was warm and sloppy! I must say this, but this restaurant is one of the cleanest that I have ever been to and the staff were very polite and got the job done! The only drawback was that the menu of the day isn´t served in the terrace, that is only for a la carta, but hey, you cant win them all! Pricewise, the menu which includes bread, drink and coffee is €8.95. Now that may sound alot for the amount of food served compared to other daily menus but this is a diferrent type of menu of the day, gourmet type so I really think it was a good deal, specially as the place was so clean and well attended."

"good pizza. in toledo it is difficult to find a better one. after years. In which I put my opinion with stars, I'm going to lower the score. There's been an increase in pizza prices. I understand you're currently raising prices for everything. but the product is exactly the same, with an excellent mass in the center, for my point of view the increase is not jotific. at least if the cooking method had been changed by a firewood oven. Moreover the place is small and you can't eat there. which makes the experience of eating a good pizza worse. It's not the same thing eating it from the cardboard that's made on a plate. I repeat, I do not see the jotification of price increases. answer to i cumpari. unfortunately, I have been lowering my salary many years ago, and the redeemer does not stop to climb for price. I said, I understand one of the problems is the oven, the electricity. that is solved by putting a wood oven and a pizza like its Neapolitan style, cooked in a wood oven, the payment of drip even at a higher price. a greeting."

Nos cuentas sobre este sitio que dicen estar haciendo las cosas bien y asi son su opiniones. Así que nos presentamos El pienso del día: 2️⃣ Croqueta cremosa de jamón ibérico; 2€. Buen tamaño. Bien de sabor y jamón muy triturado. 3️⃣ Croquetón de bacalao; 2'2€. Mayor tamaño y con buenos tropezones del bacalao. Cremosa y bien de sabor. Muy bien. 4️⃣ Saquitos de carrillera; 12'8€. Sorprendente con una mermelada de pimientos muy rica. Saquitos crujientes y con una carrillera bien guisada. Pa’ nosotros lo más top, la tierra de morcilla, top! 5️⃣ Callos al estilo de la abuela ; 10'5€. Ojo la hora en la que la pedimos, te traen un pozal para autoservicio de los callos. Tiernos y sabrosos, muy bien. Toque final de “pegalabios.” 6️⃣ Tarta cremosa de queso"
