"I live in Tamworth which is close to places like Birmingham and Lichfield which have great independent coffee houses and plenty of vegan restaurants and options, but this kind of place is really quite unique to Tamworth and I love everything about it. If you’re into good coffee then I’m sure this will become your go to because it’s amazing, and they claimed to have ‘all’ the plant milks which as far as I could see they do I chose oatly barista As for the food, it’s not a huge menu because it’s mainly a coffee house/cafe but what they do have it incredible. I know avo toast can seem like an easy option but it’s so easy to get really really wrong. This was a perfectly fresh avocado on the tastiest fresh slice of sourdough bread with spinach and balsamic garnish, I was very impressed. I have been for a coffee at Number 18 a number of times, the atmosphere is welcoming, the drinks are so tasty and the vegan pancakes are to die for!

Cute, cosy coffee shop with several vegan options. The homemade pesto is delicious! The pancakes are so fluffy and are honestly some of the best I’ve had!

we visited here today for a hot milk chocolate and a milk mocha. we were happy surprised to be offered vegan cream for the top! they had a series of sweet tasty / cakes to choose from which delicious were. we will definitely visit again to try more of the menu and hope to see some more vegan options on there.

I really loved the idea of this place. it is sweet and cozy. the menu appears simple and uncomplicated, but it seems that there are only a few vegan options. this can be easily changed by using vegan cheese for toasties. we tried the avocado toast, arrabbiata pasta and pancakes with berries vegan cream. Overall we thought that the portions were too small, but that could be our sporty competitions. they made the Avo toast interesting with seeds and rocket. they had all the milk alternatives they might want.
