The chicken is delicious, but the dish tastes better if it has free toppings

No real complains. Good portion size, cooked well and super hot. Service was friendly and warm!

The staff at this restaurant were lovely. I felt very well taken care of, especially by Lucas, the manager, who went above and beyond to help us out.

Whoever the staff member was in the evening of 18/09 with a ponytail was amazing. I don't know if she was a manager but she seemed to be doing about five different jobs at once as if it was easy!

We had a lovely family dinner at Nando’s, and the food was really good—tasty and full of flavor. We particularly enjoyed the bottomless Coke, which added to the fun of the meal. While the place was a bit crowded and the seating arrangements were limited, everything else was great. A pretty enjoyable experience overall!

I am appalled, food took a long time and I had to request to actually receive the other half I ordered. They didn't even chop the mushrooms just gave to me whole, why did it take that long? I had a baby in a pram and there was no assistance when I bumped into other tables trying to get to mine let alone a high chair. I had to get the bloody high chair myself and everyone was staring at me. Humiliating. And trying to go to the toilet I had to walk up and down the Eiffel tower just to get there. I was having a very important conversation and was rudely interrupted as soon as we got there. I am so ashamed of nandos and what it has become.

My partner and I are somewhat regulars of this Nando’s (shamefully because I am a self-admitted glutton). But I can be excused as the food here is exquisite. Our waiter/server Cody had a wonderful energy throughout our time eating dinner here. He checked in on us a few times and checked that we knew how ordering food works and just general Nando’s exclusive procedures. He really livened up the place and was always professional and helpful. My recommendation for food would 100% be the Fully Loaded Chips. Whatever your choice of spice is, the cheese and chicken on top is utter perfection. My partner and I get one serving each every time we go to Nando’s.

All the staff were really helpful and friendly. That was until one of the kitchen staff members came out of the kitchen and started ranting and shouting at the manager/ supervisor? He had simply asked the woman to go on her break (as he has with other staff too) , and she began shouting demands at the man in front of us as we ate our food. This is totally unacceptable and disgusting from the staff member. The manager just seemed blazay about it and ignored her. Just saying, Go on your break. I suppose he was trying to remain calm, which was good, but she needed to be sent away from paying customers trying to enjoy their food. It doesn 't matter what your issue is. Take it away from the shop...
