Dirtiest restaurant I have ever visited Food was awful also Dry tasteless chicken Salad looked like it was days old Dirty sticky tables Floors discussing Toilets absolutely filthy.

Although it is an old model nando’s, that is, it must be clearly a refurbishment to connect it to all new shops, the employees are the best and eat always excellent. nothing is too much annoyed for the staff from patrão to the to be trained on the floor. I love this nando 's Voir le carte

This place is seriously bad, it's dirty, food is awful and the service is.....what service, basically non existent. This was our first visit to Nando's and will most certainly be the last. Don't waste your well earned money, I would rather go to a burger van and sit in our vehicle and eat, than go to Nandos again.

Whilst the service is very nice, the food is : 1. Overated 2. Overpriced 3. Should be half the price. Restaurant was quite busy. Waited 10 mins for table. Had table ordered When food arrived, was tasty enough, not much of it for the price and not hot. Very poor value for money. Will not be going back. Simply not good enough and expensive for what you get.

Absolutely disgusted, delivery driver game is the wrong item despite me giving my name. When I phoned up I was told I could not receive my food, and it would take 24 to 48 hours to get back to me. We were in Swansea for the night (en route elsewhere in Wales). We chose Nando 's as it is usually reliable. First impressions were NOT GOOD, the table was sticky (even the napkins stuck to the table) and I saw a staff member 'cleaning ' a table with a FILTHY cloth. Fortunately the food was good (hence the 2 stars) but as we visited the toilets before leaving, we vowed never to return. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING !! Looked like they had never been cleaned, even the wash basins were dirt encrusted.

We have been frequent visitors to various different Nando's branches over the years. We eat a ketogenic diet and it is one of the few places we can go where can be sure to avoid hidden sugar and carbs. I had tried to book the day before but Nando's website says that they're not taking bookings and to just turn up. So we did just that. A Friday at 6pm, a glance through the window showed numerous empty tables and we were greeted at the door by two young people and an iPad. These young people told us there were no tables available currently and that there would be a wait of about ten minutes. We had no problems with that, but expected to be shown to one of the numerous vacant tables to wait. Ho...

My husband and I stopped visiting Nando's during Covid due to their over zealous interpretation and implementation of restrictions. We'd been told to wait outside on a cold, dark, rainy evening until our table was ready despite people being allowed inside to collect Take Aways. Needless to say, we didn't wait and I vowed to never darken their doors again. This was a shame as Nando's always suited our ketogenic way of eating so well. However..... yesterday I was in town with my husband..... and we were hungry, Nando's was open.... so thought we'd give it another try.
