"Waited over 30 mins for service after being shown to our table. We asked twice for service to no avail. The staff could clearly not deal with the amount of customers but there were not even that busy. Eventually we walked out and the queue of customers waiting to be seated was so long despite there being many empty tables. Our night out was spoiled. We went to Frankies Bennys where the service was great and so was the food. Take a lesson from them Nandos."

Came here in late September with my family. Staff were lovely. We waited for a booth which was no problem at all. Will be returning soon.

I really enjoy how closely the vegan chicken at this restaurant resembles the real thing. I have even convinced my family to try it and they love it too!

Customer service is good. They are friendly and helpful. But the chicken was boiled chicken- nothing tastes like real Nando’s. Also the toilet facilities were horrible! Voir le carte

Had a quick Sunday lunch post Christmas shop here. This was my first Nandos experience. I did not find the staff too helpful at the beginning but the meal was very nice and good value for money.

Nando's is a nice chicken restaurant in which you get quick service and food quickly, though it does not feel like you are eating fast food. The music usually on is interesting and the food is delicious.

Place was packed as you’d expect it’s Nando’s after all was welcomed by a waitress who showed us straight to our seats , showed us the Menu , we both had the butterfly chicken burger with chips and garlic bread . Was amazing Voir le carte

Ive only started coming to nandos recently but this one was the best so far, food and drink great and quick, Amy very lovely and attentive although nandos is half table service we still had staff around if i needed anything. Coming back tomorrow

Quick lunch with family, chicken always taste good. We all love the Nando's sauces!!! Been to different branch of nando everywhere in London but I personally do not like the environment there in bexleyheath. Not feeling comfortable at all, I do not know why!!!
