The customer service of Stuart was fantastic was very helpful and a very nice person thanks for the great service

I came to Nando’s to try out the new vegan/plant based chickn and it was amazing Good coronavirus restrictions in place and felt very comfortable.

I was served by a wonderful girl called glesni, she made it such an enjoyable experience, polite, well mannered and I cannot thank her enough for her service. Voir le carte

Was sat for over mins in a not so very busy Nando’s, for so called food and drinks service to refill our drinks, a good so called bottomless drink more like don’t do bottoms up on your drink as you won’t get anymore, took...my boyfriend here for our little date shocking could have died from dehydration

We have ensured we have eaten out as much as possible when not in lockdown to support our economy (and also our waistlines) In my last review of Nando's we had a takeaway (which was not the best) I am glad that eating inside again...was as enjoyable as it normally is As usual the boneless platter did not disappoint With less people eating in (less tables due to social distancing) it was a pleasant experience as sometimes I find it too noisy

We had ordered for collection as we had assumed either they wouldn't be taking bookings or they would be fully booked as the first day of lockdown was lifted. However, upon arriving to collect the food, we were offered if we wanted to sit in....After logging into various covid websites, we were seated and our food came out hot and quick! Came for a spontaneous meal to Nando’s with my friend this evening. We were greeted at the door by Ollie who was very polite and helpful, giving a great warm welcome in. Our waitress Brooke was incredible! I don’t think my friend and I have...ever been served by such a smiley, happy, and helpful person. Brooke was constantly checking in on us, but not too the extent where our meal was disturbed too much, and was lovely and chatty when she was serving us. Her manners towards us were gorgeous, and I only wish we had some change so we could’ve given her a tip. Thank you for a lovely meal Nando’s !

Visited for lunch with my mum and sister after shopping in Broughton. When we arrived we did not know we had to scan the Nandos QR code to join the queue to enter for lunch, we stood around for minutes until a lady in...the queue told us we had to scan the QR code on the window. (There was no sign to explain what we had to do) So upon scanning the QR code we entered our details and it told us that there was a minute wait for a table, we were in within the next minutes. Our name was called and we were shown to our table by Josh B, he was very friendly and he explained the new process of ordering at the table via the QR code. We had some trouble connecting to the free WiFi available at Nandos,...

Travelled an hour to visit broughton retail park for some xmas shopping and decided to stop off at nandos. Trainee (with dark hair and tattoos) at the front door advised us that we would be waiting minutes for a table as they were busy...and covid restrictions were making it difficult for them to accommodate everyone. We scanned the QR code outside the restaurant and got told we would receive a text when our table was ready. Popped into a few shops and hadn't received any text for mins, Trainee explained it would be another mins so we decided to wait outside until we had our text.
