45 minutes of a wait starting at the bottom of the street, anticipating some amazing soup, only to be told once you get to the counter no soup left, this wasn’t late in the evening it was lunchtime!! Supply and demand it the term in business

I was pleasantly surprised by this small and trendy restaurant. The food was fresh and delicious, and you have the option to sit inside or outside. In the evening, it transforms into a bar. The produce was high quality and the atmosphere had a student vibe. The venue was clean and the food was great.

This is my favourite place to go in Glasgow. Whether it's a coffee in the morning, a soup and sarnie in the afternoon, or a perfectly pulled pint in the evening from the friendly staff, Naked Soup always makes me feel warm and welcomed. I visit on a weekly basis and the staff are great, friendly, and attentative. Lastly, I love the beer selection!

Was guided here by family thankfully as it’s tucked off the main drag. It’s compact a beju to say the least but we got a table inside thankfully as it was hosing down outside. Chose soup and sandwich combo and was delighted with my choice. Soup was hearty and warm and sandwich was rammed with filling and warmed too. Staff were ok and price was typical for the west end but overall a good lunch which filled the belly so would return

Waited half an hour in a queue. Must be good if there’s a queue at lunchtime on a Sunday right? Well, we wouldn’t know. After the wait we reached the counter finally to be advised there was no soup left. Naked soup with no soup. There was no queue after us as we saved the others the half hour wait. Best way to lose custom don’t have things to sell. Excited to try it out as well and make it our new regular when going to the rugby. Won’t waste my time again just incase.

I seen this place on Instagram and was really excited about going. Me and partner decided to visit for some lunch, we were ignored by staff when we entered which is something that I picked up straight away. There was a member of staff standing right next to door and there wasn’t a hello or anything. Me and my partner sat for a good 5 minutes with still no member of staff coming over to us. For me customer service is a huge thing and if I am not getting greeted when entering and being ignored then why would I spend my money here? Wouldn’t really recommend and wouldn’t return myself.

Similar experience to reviewer below walked in and completely ignored by two staff members behind the counter. Just stared at us then continued chatting to each other. Actually wish we just turned and left. They don't have anything to say that there's no table service so we were left to sit there while staff made a point of not coming over, even though the place was empty. Going up to order was a joyless experience with a counter server who seemed to be incompatible with the customer service industry. Food was decent enough but ridiculously overpriced. Overall it felt like quite a hostile and snooty. Won't be handing over money to this place again.

I normally walk down up Great Western Road as part of a commute to work. I pass a lot of good cafes Naked Soup always catches my eye. Located on Kersland Street, my wife and I popped in there last Friday, while the wee man was asleep in the pram. I think we had just mistimed our lunch stop the business had run out of ‘Soup’. Gutted. However, we did opt for alternatives I ordered a ‘Ham, Cheese, Pickle and Mustard Panini’ and a ‘Latte’, my wife a ‘Cinnamon Bun’ and a ‘Lemonade’. All thoroughly enjoyed! I want to begin this review by praising the delicious soup and sandwiches served at this establishment. Since moving to the West End six months ago, my friends and I have frequented this place for lunch on several occasions. However, as mentioned in previous reviews, the service can be slow and at times lacking in attention. During a recent visit with three friends, we found the staff more focused on chatting amongst themselves rather than attending to customers. While it is great to see a cohesive team, it should not come at the expense of customer service.
