Sunday to Thursday 12.95 for starter main rice or nam then ice cream and coffee. Great value and tasty food. Drinks cobra draft 4.50 pint 2.50 half. Looks unkept outside but clean and tidy in with a decent food hygiene rating.

very busy tonight, that speaks volume about the quality and value distribution around the opposite, still got the fantastic offer of 5 curses for under 15 quid and never leave the quality. beautiful eating and amazing worth. martin the owner is a star

The offer of 5 courses for £12.95 is still going strong as is the vast choice on the menu. The quality is to be seen to be believed. The staff are very helpful and friendly and really interact with customers. We are regular customers and...travel some distance to come here.

where do I start! for one you walk, although the door to a greeting conversation of martin (manager) always got a smile on his face! eating is excellent! always cooked on perfection! service is always brilliant with eating on time! there are never... any unjust all the time I've been here... 5* all the way!

as always the greeting of martin, the owner is happy to see his smile is from ohr to ohr. between me and my wife we must have been through the menu and each dish was super. tonight was lamb dupiaza. cooked for perfection and not too hot. my humble mind, mumbai lounge keeps its top spot for worth and quality and is the best Indian restaurant in barnsley

never tired of eating here. always greeted with a smile wider than a flow from the charismatic owner martin, who has managed to combine high-quality food with a budget price. 5 courses for £13.95 the final cure is the right coffee with real cream. I've been through about 60% of the main courses and wouldn't hesitate to retracing my steps. starter I would highly recommend the mixed kebab, which is accompanied by two bhaji and salat, stunning aromen. it is really worth tasting this place

Very welcoming people, nice ambience, excellent food and good range of food. Only downside was that we only found out that they only took cash when it came to pay. This caused a bit of embarrassment for us and another couple. There was a cash...machine at the nearest garage and fortunately I hadn't drunk too much to preventing me driving. It would have been a good idea to inform people when they booked so that they came prepared with enough cash. Otherwise a good night out with the family

My wife and I have just had the midweek 5 course for £12.95 deal and I must say I was amazed at the quality. Every dish including the pickle tray was absolutely gorgeous and generous portions too. We haven't been eating out anywhere near as...much as we used to as everywhere is so expensive (understandably because costs have risen for them too) but we'll certainly be coming back regularly now as the deals they do mean we can afford to. Service was quick and efficient too. 10/10 from me. Thanks for a lovely meal.

We strayed from our usual (thall) for a change. Big mistake! I have never experienced such poor service. Waited an hour for our main course (on a Tuesday night). Also waited for other courses. I don’t mind a bit of a wait but this was...ridiculous. One couple opposite took their meal as a takeaway after they waited an hour. Another couple joked that the bill would probably take an hour to come. Shame as the food was really tasty. No apology for delay but very keen to ask if we wanted more drinks constantly. We even had a ten minute wait to pay our bill at the bar!!!won’t be returning thats for sure, drive a bit further down the road and visit thall, you won’t regret it.
