A lovely restaurant with excellent service! The food was delicious! One of the best Indians we’ve had . Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area.

Had the worst take away I’ve ever experienced and in Shepton mallet the bar is very Low anyway nothing to recommend the watery tasteless slop I bought home

Cannot fault the food here. Group of 4 seated in the inner room which has pleasant ambiance. Not so keen on the tables inside entrance. Great table service. Will definitely return. Takeaway also great.

The most disappointing takeaway I have ever had. Requested extra spicy which had minimal flavour and no heat. My mother's king prawn massala also minimal flavours and chewy. Food needed reheating as well. Unlikely to return.

The food was absolutely delicious and very flavoursome. The staff and service was amazing and very polite. We would like to thank the gentleman who was kind about our son with needs. You put two very anxious parents mind at rest. Thank you Voir le carte

The food was up to it's usual high standard but the staff were brusque to the point of rudeness. Not offered a dessert menu, no mint tea, espresso coffee or anything decaffeinated. The bill was presented before we had time to ask for it and we were back at home by 930pm. Disappointed pensioners. Wake up Murghal Empire.

It’s fair to say we’ve eaten in hundreds of curry houses around the world, as well as cooking authentic British Indian restaurant style dishes at home, so we know our scotch bonnets from our nagas and having ordered the Mitch naga chilli masala we we expecting that distinctive naga taste, unfortunately we didn’t get it, there was no taste of either Mr Naga chilli paste or a Naga pickle, there were 4 or 5 standard green chillis, but that was about it, on a heat scale it was a solid Madras flavour.

My husband and I having originally booked the Greek restaurant but left as very disappointed, made our way to this restaurant. We have eaten here many times in the past and no problem getting a table before the restaurant started filling up. We were served by Mia who was friendly and helpful and having travelled around India, it was nice to chat about where we had visited and where he came from. We started with poppadoms and then two lamb curry dishes, rice and sides. Curry was nice but disappointed with the Bombay potatoes and sag aloo.
