"The breakfast team around Tamara, Jann and the cook Daniel is absolutely great. They are so friendly and read all our wishes from our lips. Tamara is always so happy and friendly, just a sunshine. She always needs a little time to have a small personal chat and knows my wishes (Ovomaltine with 2 bags) from heart. She is a great hostess with great ideas about the buffet. Jann always brings me a tea and an espresso without asking, just because he remembers me and only because he loves his job. The cook Daniel makes the best Omelettes, they are made with love and great professionalism. If he had time, he even cuts them to the table. It's nice to see that his work is a passion for him, not just a job. There we have another young woman in the team (I don't remember the name), she also makes a great job. She smiles a lot and is very friendly, even in stressful situations. The food is super good, especially the wooden cheese plate is an absolutely good improvement. I also love the beautiful honey and the good and fresh bread. The muesli and nuts are also great. And finally, it's always very clean. Once someone was at the buffet, Tamara always checks if something is to be cleaned."

Wide selection but very busy as there is not much variety once through the gates. Plenty of food but huge queues. I'd go if it was less of a queue !!!

if you are not sure that your foreign guests like dizzy-brig to move them pick restaurant and will never be disappointed. e.g. small beef emince with rosti is a classic of the Swiss German slice with a good wine to choose on a very great option will usually be appreciated by guests of each country.

As 1 of the dining options in the hotel this restaurant is very nice. Enjoyed diner and breakfast here, both were really good. Wasn't too hungry for dinner and opted something from the special Rösti menu, in this case took the salmon Rösti. Highly recommended. Breakfast has many options, all is very fresh and of high quality.

Ich bin seit mehr als 30 Jahren Vegetarierin, und dieser Burger war ein noch nie erlebter Augen- und Zungenschmaus! Sehr ungewöhnlich dekoriert, mit einem Tofuschnitzel (für das Mundgefühl gewöhnungsbedürftig), Süsskartoffel-pommes (Ketchup unnötig) und sehr leckerem Gemüse und wunderbar gewürzt. Und satt gemacht hat er auch noch.Und die Bedienung war dazu auch noch sehr aufmerksam und freundlich.

We had 2 times dinner in this restaurant as hotel guests. First I think the breaded egg was marvelous, the idea and the implementation was also great. Next time I ordered the cheeseburger which is a weird meal in a restaurant of a 5 star hotel but I was not that satisfied with the second course of the first dinner so I decided to choose a non risk offer. It was okay, nothing special. The staff was polite but a bit scattered, forgot some orders or special needs we asked for. There are better choices in the near surroundings.
