One of the best place to get cocktails in Göttingen. Most cocktails cost around 6-7 euro.

nice atmosphere, nice service and delicious drinks. very recommended is the white hot chocolate :)

the coffee (so should have been a cappuccino) was - apologise- thin sprout for the heart-sick grandma.My next crêpe in the monster I must probably combine with beer.

Here we should give the best cocktails, we were told and the men of our round could also confirm that. otherwise the service was friendly and courteous, the toilets are clean. you can also eat crêpes, but we did not try them. we've been here last year, but we're happy to come back.

I came in by coincidence and was immediately enthusiastic! the facility has the certain something that fahnen announce the good music (rock/metal), the prices are in order (Nutella,Banane for 4.20) and the best: it tastes!I will be there with certainty still often. I have the strong presume that the invite turns into a cozy pub in the evening, which I am very nice to imagine :)

lust for an exceptional ambiente, rock music in a bearable loudness, delicious hot drinks, very good cocktails (classic and very successful special creations), tasty crêpes (also at later hour) or rather craft beer?Then the monster caffe is just the right address.Here you get not only all that, but also friendly service and competent consulting. you should look in on the way to the city when you get from the train station. it is worth it!

A fairly normal café by day and a heavy metal bar by night. Situated close to the train station and most of the bigger hotels. They have a rotating art collection on the walls, every other month something new is put up making the atmosphere and interior a bit more interesting for regulars. For me personally the best thing to come for is the beer though. Currently Monster Cafe is one of the few bars in Göttingen that sell craft beer, so it's definitely worth going just for that.

I stumbled upon this place after wandering a couple of blocks toward the Goettingen town center from the train station. I walked in and was greeted by very friendly English-speaking staff. I ordered a tomato, cheese, and ham crêpe with and a chai tea with...steamed milk. The crêpe was well prepared, thin and light, the way crêpes should be, and the chai tea was of good quality and presented nicely with a small container of steamed milk on the side. They have free wi-fi and play great music. Will definitely stop in here again on my next visit.
