"Awesome. We had a really great stay here. Clean and comfortable room, all services worked perfectly. Receptionists welcoming and helpful. But I have to point out the staff in restaurant they're doing really great job and making your dinners more tasty with their smiles. And of course I don't have to forget people in kitchen, the meals were delicious and made with love. Many thanks to all people in Monroc, this brand deserves much more attention. I haven't been to one place twice so far, but in this case I'm really thinking about the big exception. Thanks again."

Struttura bellissima accogliente e curata nei dettagli. Il personale è sempre sorridente e cordiale, pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta. Il cibo eccellente sia al palato che alla vista. Graditissimo l'omaggio al momento della partenza. Consigliato assolutamente!

Hotel spełnia oczekiwania. Personel zawodowy, zawsze śmiechał się i chętnie pomagał. Obie pani w receptyce, kelnerskiej i całości czystości. trony, smak biura, czyste aż do lżejszych. Pościel i handki pachnące. Jeśli nie mówisz, pójdziesz idziesz do mnie. Czuje się, że jest on bardzo ważny dla niego. Wszystko co robią, tworzy serce i pełne zaangażowanie. Jest tylko jeden, ale nie ostatni. BRAWO! (ang.).

We had a wonderful stay here at Monroc. The location is perfect for winter sports enthusiasts, the rooms are very nice, spacious and comfortable. The food is absolutely top. You're not missing anything. But what really makes the hotel unique from the other destinations in Val die Sole is the incredibly good service in the hotel. You will receive a friendly welcome and your every wish will be fulfilled in the dining room. Highly Recommended!!! We will be back!!

Ottima struttura, confortevole per lo sci o l'escursionismo (connessa all'ovovia). Pulizia e cordialità sono due elementi eccellenti per questo posto e anche il cibo della cena era ottimo. Ogni sera il menu ha offerto diversi corsi e si potrebbe scegliere quello che si preferisce tra pesce e carne vegetariana. Il centro benessere molto bello con sauna, bagno turco, sauna a infrarossi, molte sale relax e 2 vasche idromassaggio. Ottimo pacchetto massaggi! Che vuoi dire? Hanno tutto il necessario per visitare il Trentino!
