"we have been regular visitors to the Mong bar in dresden. it was always something special that we had been very fond of occasionally. super tasty eating, great atmosphere. After our last visit on Saturday we were bitterly disappointed.There was probably a change of operator, which we felt after a short time unfortunately also. We had reserved online because we still knew that the mongbar is very well visited.With the reservation everything worked out, because there was a reservation confirmation immediately.We drove to the mongbar in dresden - everything as usual. There are many parking spaces available directly in front of the local area. from 19:00 and on Sunday, they are even free of charge. at the rest of the time, the parking fees are very moderate.After entering the restaurant we quickly found an operation which found us in the reservation book and showed us our table in a rear corner.Alls looked like usual.The spatialities and the furniture did not change, now look partly but very consumed.On the clean table are prepared, cutlery and serviette (from italy) is ready. All-You-Can-Eat" is still available, now with about 15 eur per person also cheaper than before.The very nice service comes to the table, ignites the tealights and asks for the wish and if you want to use the buffet. if yes, then the marinade (there are 7 possibilities) is asked as before.This request is then noted on the available board for the bowl with chalk pencil.drinks were ordered, the buffet was chosen for all - now it could go. Eager....Gaumen is already pleased....The Mongolian boob is still present, but a little smaller. A Chinese buffet is now built exactly opposite. despite the early (18:45) most containers are empty. what is there is lukewarm or even cold. the suppers taste watery. the foods are not deliciously dressed and rather sweetly thrown into the warned containers. is very rare. the lukewarm bridles are very fat and not tasty.Reis is unfortunately not found at all. but you can order this in the service. then you get a bowl - hot!The sushi offer is rather clear and not especially attractive. you can also take a bowl and fill with the various ingredients provided (small, meat and fish) as desired. this dish is then placed together with its board at the grill station for grilling. After finishing, you get this bowl with grilled content to the table. we also had burned vegetables in our bowls. the marinads are only medium and more watery according to our taste.Leider is also very small, so that you have to wait a very long time for an operation.After we had received our bowls with the grilled content, we were also satisfied in what we had not chosen. This has not been bad for us, but for allergic people it can be difficult.In the open kitchen it doesn't look very well - but you don't have to look at it.The ingredients in the storage tank of the grillbuffet are mostly frostware and partly not yet completely soaked.The different meats, fish and mere fruits are in soaking juice. we think this is very hygienic.Many of ingredients, such as garlic and ginger look like candy. you can find something and you will also get tired,but delicious is something else. We then decided to make chickens.The spicy dessertbuffet consists of three large containers with ice, small portion dishes with divine food and the obst (Litschi,Papaya, ananas) seems to be also made of bushes. melon pieces could be quite freshware. After payment of the bill, we left the local after about an hour completely disappointed again.We will definitely not pick up the mongbar under the current conditions and can not recommend it with good certain.The sanitation rooms have experienced better times. in the herrentoilette a cabin door was torn out and leans the now open hinge screws on the wall. it was therefore only available a usable cabin. the fussbodenklebte - why always. the wash basins and tables are still from the pre-operator, but now very refurbished.The water taps are no longer firm and sloping because the fixing plate is softened and broken.It is the impression that this is driven on wear.If you get out of the sanitary area on the stairs back up into the gastronomics, you are running exactly on a car,on the open the used slurry!"
