Grabbed a spot of lunch here mid week, great little place but will not go back as the price almost knocked me over... I had a flat white and ham baguette to take out for an astonishing £9.90! That’s London prices and some :

Fantastic meal in this gem of a place...couldn’t fault any of it. Starters : delicious ditto lamb and bean mash followed by the best homemade lemon meringue pie ever. Good selection of wines from Berry Brothers and Rudd. Staff attentive and interested in our experience...

Always hard to choose from the menu as it all looks so tasty. Lovely, quirky, deli and the homemade soup is always delicious, as well as other dishes on the menu (mostly home cooked) and the salads are amazing. Milly's is small but very comfortable and all the staff are extremely friendly and welcoming and accommodating. There is a lovely atmosphere and I really did enjoy my salads of broad beans and green beans with mange tout, feta stuffed chillies and swede and celeriac slaw which were all delicious and fresh. I purchased a beautiful take-away butter bean salad, roasted red peppers, dolmades, and some delicious Isle of Mull ham off the bone from this restaurant. I heated them all up slowly in the oven and we had a delicious and healthy early supper at home. The staff at the restaurant were very friendly and all of the food only cost £24, making last night's meal a triumph. It was fantastic value with excellent quality and service.

This was our first dinner at Milly's after several failed attempts, and based on last night's experience, it certainly won't be our last. We were greeted by Ben and seated at a table in this charming and quirky cafe, which reminded us of a Parisian Bistro on the Left Bank - simply wonderful. The music set the perfect atmosphere for the evening. The menu had everything we enjoy, and the dishes were cooked to perfection. The service was very friendly and not overbearing. We had a delightful evening and are eagerly looking forward to our next visit. Thank you, Milly's - we'll be back soon! Voir le carte
