"I stopped by yesterday while visiting Market Harborough and was pleasantly surprised by this charming restaurant. The interior is beautifully designed and makes great use of the small space. It is located centrally, tucked away in an alley next to a large church, near the theatre and the famous old grammar school in the town center. The service was very friendly. I enjoyed a delicious coffee and the highlight of my day was the banana and almond butter on sourdough toast. The walls are adorned with arts and crafts that are available for purchase. Although it was a cold March day and I opted not to sit outside, the courtyard seating looked lovely and I can imagine it being vibrant in the summer. I highly recommend visiting this restaurant for unique homemade dishes, friendly service, and charming surroundings."

Went in to avoid the rain. Very friendly staff, clean and tidy. The cakes were excellent and highly recommended.

Great little cafe offering drinks, cakes and simple food. Great coffee with homemade cakes. Hidden down the alley near the butchers

Homemade sandwiches and cakes all done on the premises tasting fresh and homely. Really welcoming and good quality. And in these times you can sit outside too

I was the only person in there until a friend of the owner arrived and they continually chatted very loudly and I couldn't hear myself think. Coffee was okay but the ambience terrible so will be avoiding in future. Voir le carte

What an excellent place for tea and cake. Great service, home made quality cakes etc in a small out of the way venue in the town centre. And sensible prices from a charming person too. Great place for that well needed tea break.

This was our second visit to Miller's Cafe and we weren't disappointed. Delicious sandwiches and cakes, and very good coffee. Tucked away down an alleyway, it's a friendly, cosy, hospitable place to eat and enjoy the surroundings.

A lovely hidden gem, hosted by the lovely Sophie who if not found baking and making coffee, will have a book on the go behind the counter. If you're looking for a good coffee, a slice of home baked cake and some gentle calm amidst the madness, then Millers is for you! Voir le carte

Ate here a year or so ago and it was excellent offering the best toasties we have had in years. So we returned and it was just as good! Cheese and ham toastie done perfectly washed down with. Folkingtons ginger beer. Wow! Served by lovely, friendly young lady. Hope to be back again soon!

I highly recommend this lovely little cafe. The coffee (roasted in Leicester) was delightfully smooth. Ti had the chicken and avocado sandwich, which was nicely prepared on fresh brown bread. The owner makes her own cakes. I cam also recommend the pecan flap-jack. Off the High Street, but we’ll worth seeking out.

"I visited my daughter and son-in-law last week and on my request they had booked a table for us on black horse on Saturday night at 1 o'clock. we arrived shortly before the pm and all four of us stood in the bar where two were served. it wasn't busy. no one told us anything until the bar was clear and then one of the ladies looked at me and I said we booked a table in my name of my daughter and she saw the bookings and said oh yes, we had table assigned and pointed into another room. there was no greeting no smiling, so we met our way to the table and sat there. there were no menus on the table, so I stood up to find some and someone only made their way from the other room in the direction of our table. we ordered drinks that were in themselves a task, as they had no free or dietary limmonade, so I had to go to the end for a gin with slimline tonic. then we ordered four different meal times. I ordered a vegetarian curry in naanbrot and when it finally came, I was so disappointed because the naanbrot was burned and the curry was cold on the outside, so I asked them to take it back. the waitress asked if I wanted to order something else and I went back. my daughter then shared some of her meals with me, who were chicken pupils. they were coated in a teig that was extremely fat. the menu does not seem to come out of any meal with fresh vegetables, everything seemed to come with chips and draughts, even the Steak-Mahl came only with chips and draughts, no mushrooms, tomatoes, wobble rings or something. I wasn't impressed. for a pub that wants good reviews, I think they have lost the property. the customer service is everything and fresh vegetables is essential. I'm sorry to be the bearer worse, but we won't come back."
