Middletons Steakhouse - Leicester

This restaurant is decent for dining, but the interior is uncomfortably cold because of the large front doors.

Amazing experience! Really enjoyed the food and service. I would definitely recommend and cannot wait to return!!

First time here, and loved it . Beautiful building that still has the old ornate style and feeling of the Bank building it used to be . Lovely atmosphere, very efficient staff and good food . Try it out sometime. Voir le carte

Me and my partner came here for our anniversary meal and I cannot praise Joe enough for his service and his handling of an a situation that happened while we was dining. He is a star employee and made our night so good. We will be back again to see Joe please pass on our thanks.

The food was average. We opted for the unlimited steak option but found that there was a long wait between servings. The steak was overly seasoned with salt and garlic. It was difficult to flag down the waiter for more drinks as they appeared preoccupied with other tasks. The restaurant lacked ambiance, despite being housed in a beautiful building.

Service was excellent as there wasn't to many people in the restaurant. Scallops for starter was disappointing as they were only 3 x very very small ones. Had the sirloin for mains which I asked to be cooked medium but was cooked rare as there was lots of blood on the plate. Apart from that it tasted ok. They automatically add 10% on bill for service charge but you can get it removed. Voir le carte

my wife and I called in middletons at midday. the restaurant was quiet and the building and the location were excellent. we selected from the prime set menu. my wife had the Spanish mixed grill that was delicious. I chose a 10 oz rump steak....Leider was the steak pretty touching and really fat. at the end of the meal I brought this to the waitress. he replied: do they have the Rump-Steak? Well, it depends only on what you get such a scandal that middletons are ready to serve poor quality steak. they are a steak house!

My first time eating there, wasn’t overly impressed. Firstly we ordered and the starter came out within a couple of minutes, that says to me it isn’t cooked to order, we then asked for a decent break before the main course but same again that came out pretty rapid, we ordered chateaubriand it tasted nice nice but was cut along the grain to make the slices look bigger because they used small pieces of fillet. Lastly I ordered the chocolate fondant that was over microwaved, it was basically a chocolate sponge, no chocolate came oozing out when I cut into it. A very disappointing experience, very rushed
