McDonald's - Carte

Burgers are not as good as another large chain but, the children just love it here. Hate the queues and struggling to find a clean table.

This is the best in the area. Always get good fresh tasting food. The staff are friendly and helpful. The tables and seat are always clean

The food at this restaurant is delicious and satisfying for a quick meal. We tried the takeaway breakfast wraps with a Latte and really enjoyed it, especially considering the reasonable price. The restaurant also has ample parking available.

The food was great and we enjoyed the table service. Our grandchildren finished all their dinner, but we had an issue with the tablets on the tables. Out of the four tablets, only one was working properly. This caused some argument among the grandchildren, and the other working tablet was upside down.

Came midweek lunchtime through the drive thru, there was no queue. Was asked to park in a bay because they needed a bit longer to “heat up my apple pie”...we waited OVER 5 minutes for them to heat up an apple pie ...and when a member of staff brought out our food all we got was a “Here you go.” No apology for our wait and not even a smile. Running a little late one lunchtime so called in for a McDs. Firstly it was difficult to find a seat, just got one but had to wait while it was cleaned. My wife and I ordered a normal meal deal, so nothing special. I know I should have said something but I was very hungry, the fries were limp, curling up and luke warm. The burger was tasteless and semi cold. The coffee was hot and tasty. I wish there had been a microwave for a quick blast to warm up the burger but it would have been no good for the fries. By the way why do they put salt on the fries for some of us it spoils the taste.

OK so it 's fast food for a fast fix. Doesn 't mean it has to be served lukewarm by rude staff who don 't even look at you during the transaction. The Drive Thru (how I hate that contraction) 's till was out of action not their fault so had to squiggle my way out of the queue (I have a biiiiig car) to go in to order. The girl who took my order I refrain from calling it 'service ' clearly had better things to do than to leave the pickle out of my otherwise standard god damned cheeseburger, could not even remember that I 'd ordered a takeaway (there was only me at the tills) and left my 'fries ' sitting on a tray on the desk whilst they cooked up a special pickle free delight. I had a terrible experience at the McDonald's on Nottingham Road in Mansfield today. I went with my 6-year-old daughter for a happy meal. After ordering and waiting for our meal to be served, I tried to find a place to sit. The restaurant was busy because of the school holidays, which I expected, but it was made worse by a large table full of face paints and modelling balloons. It seemed like they were meant to entertain the kids, but the people at the table were too busy on their phones to actually interact with the children. Just when I thought I had found a table available, a staff member told me I couldn't sit there because I hadn't been waiting long enough. She claimed there were people... Voir le carte
