"Appalling experience from start to finish. The touchscreen is not intuitive and it takes far longer to place an order using it than just talking to a person. Had to queue 5 minutes to use it, too. No milkshakes, as per usual. Had to stand and wait for 20 minutes for our order. Our burgers had been standing around for a good 10 minutes before the chips were added and the bag handed over. (No trays available, apparently. Tables were dirty and in short supply because the upstairs seating was closed off. When we opened the bag, we discovered the ketchup had been left out, and only 1 straw for our drinks included. Also discovered Big Macs are disgusting served cold!"

it is a good, rasant place in the heart of the city. waiting for the food alone is too long, but this is a good little mc.

Not very clean. No access to the ordering area if you have a push chair. Lift was not working and no one even bother to offer any help.

The pickles are never removed, even after multiple times requesting it. The restaurant used to be accommodating with custom orders, but that is no longer the case. Voir le carte

amazing experience. used order by app for the first time and it was great to plan the 8 meal times that I had to order for my young birthday. the team was great and got it all spot on, hot and offered help to the table, although there was a mental busy lunchtime with orders thick and fast. I had not expected it to be as smooth as it turned out. happy days.

eating came fast and special requests were followed; the place was not very clean. free tables had traces and eat on them and müll was not deleted. the personal was sliding around the opening conversation. while I was waiting for my food, someone came from the street and started digging through the müll who was looking for food. the workers were too busy talking to the division.

This MacDonalds was incredibly disorganized. Upon entering, we were greeted by a strong smell of urine. It took 40 minutes to be served with just a few drinks and 2 melted ice creams that had been sitting out for too long. My son had to use the restroom, which required a code to enter, and even he remarked on how unpleasant they were. Overall, this was not a dining experience I would care to repeat. Voir le carte

We ordered for a group of 9 people while traveling on a train, and this McDonald’s was one of the few where our entire order was correct. There was a designated queue for the ordering screens with a security guard monitoring. It was quite busy with a large crowd waiting to pick up their orders. The food was served promptly, so we had no complaints. Overall, it was a decent McDonald’s, but it could use some improvement in terms of cleanliness, which is why it lost a star in our review.
