Disappointing cold chips not very friendly. Fish was ok but not that fresh Will try another shop next time

Since it’s re-opened the Kebabs are excellent however the service is awful. Clueless being the counter, no system at all. It’s totally chaotic. They call out numbers for the food that is ready however nobody is given the number in the first place. Great food such as shame that they seem to have no process at all. I’ve never seen anything that is run so badly anyway totally clueless.

This could possibly be one of the worst takeout restaurants in Buckinghamshire when it comes to service. They are disorganized, frequently mix up orders, and the typical wait time for a Chicken Shish is over 30 minutes even on slow nights. I have visited a few times and always tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but it has become too much to handle now. I would recommend avoiding this place. Voir le carte

While passing through Wendover, we were in search of Fish and Chips and stumbled upon the best fish and chips at MC Coys. We had family visiting from Sri Lanka who were trying fish and chips for the first time. The fish was delicious, the chips were fresh and hot, and the sausage in batter was also tasty. The staff were very helpful and allowed us to eat in the restaurant area even though we had bought takeout. The place was very clean and we highly recommend dining at MC Coys. Thank you for a great experience.

I used to use this establishment on a regular basis. Not being able to get there until after work, I can only visit around 8.45pm which shouldn't be a problem as they close at 9.30pm. I ordered pie and chips and frankly when I got home some 2 minutes later, discovered that the pie was basically inedible. The pastry was rock hard and difficult to cut. Once open, the contents were dried out. Went straight in the bin. This is the second time in a row this has happened and I am not very happy. May be some time before I come here again. Such a shame.

I always prioritize quality over quantity, and I must say that this restaurant delivers on both. While some may find it expensive and the wait times long, I believe it is worth it. The exceptional quality speaks for itself, and this is a common occurrence in any popular establishment. The staff is friendly, helpful, and well-trained, including the younger employees who are polite and attentive. The atmosphere is lively, the food is delicious, and the overall experience is top-notch. Awful, service was miserable without a smile among the loads of servers behind the counter. Absolute confusion waited ages for a kebab and other items then they wrapped it before asking me which salad I required. When I asked them about this just looked at me and shrugged shoulders. So I gave my order the lad printed off the ticket then proceeded to write the list down on another bit of paper to cap it all despite the over 30 minute wait they missed a box of chips off my order. Food was poor to add injury to insult All the time the crowd of customers continued to grow with no food appearing! Avoid at all costs never again Quicker to order via Deliveroo and tastes much better.

We’ve been coming here a year or so but it closed for refurbishment so I was keen to see what the changes were….unfortunately it doesn’t seem to have changed for the better. There were more items on offer than before (still nothing vegan though! but there were 8 members of staff ‘out front’ yet we still waited 40 mins for a takeaway for 3 people! This was shortly after 5pm so not really ‘rush hour’ as such. Apparently the kebab is fantastic but after such a long wait even that isn’t going to put up my rating. The food here is really delicious and the portion sizes are huge. The salad tasty and fresh so for the food I would give it 100% The staff are really friendly and helpful. The service is not quite to the level of the food as its seems a little chaotic when they are busy. I had my order tonight and the food ended up being cold. The main reason for this is the way they process the orders. I ordered 5 meals, I shish, 1 lamb doner, 1 mixed kebab, 1 combo burger and a cheese chips and dinner meat. 2 fries and an extra cheesy chips. Great value at £55.
