A wonderful authentic German eating experience. Creative twists on local cuisine with a beautiful selection of local wines and specialty spirits. For a wonderful eating experience this place must be placed at the top of your list. Einfach super.

Went on vacation to the South of Germany. I wanted to taste the local cuisine in a nice restaurant. Was a little bit disappointed. The meat was too much cooked, which made it dry. Also, the local dumplings were not that good. Expected something else. But the restaurant has a nice ambiente.

Excellent restaurant in Mössingen with very good food and fantastic atmosphere. I have been to Maulhelden for the second time this evening and again was completely amazed by the successful reinvention of classical regional dishes. The food deserves 5 out of 5 stars and so do the people running the place. If you come to Mössingen visiting is a must. Secret tip!!

Very disappointing that they close kitchen 20:30 with official closing time of the restaurant 23:00. Waste of time to stop there. Looks like they have time to fight with comments on Google, but to maintain proper and explicit information there to be really caring for guests. Neither good marketing nor PR. Sad. PS: after I checked other reviews it’s all clear. Should have checked them before.
