"lunch at the demos. the room is sea view, clean and comfortable. quick, friendly and professional staff. We adore: ragù, cacciucco alla livornese, baccalà alla livornese, grilled vegetables, water, wine of the house, sorbetto and coffee. the dishes are from trattoria, without so many fillings, generous and goose doses. My personal point of view, also dictated by the unknowledge of the dishes, moolto seasoned by the oil but perhaps they must be served like this. I recommend it."

"After a morning on the nearby beach we arrived at the restaurant without a reservation at 2pm on a sunny Sunday. The place was full but we were told by a very helpful man that there may be a table for us within 30 minutes. We parked in the restaurants free car park which was helpful and took a seat at an outside table on the balcony and looked at the fabulous view (not a bad place to wait! After only 15 minutes we were taken to a perfect table, right by the open window overlooking the sea and more of that wonderful view. Service was quick and helpful, online menu had English translation which saved us asking lots of questions or resorting to google translate. We both had a main course and shared a pudding. The food was excellent and this is not a phrase that I would use lightly, fish cooked to perfection, interesting and amazing flavours and all beautifully presented. Wine by the glass very reasonably priced and delicious. There was some confusion with the bill as we left but it was all dealt with extremely well. I would highly recommend anyone who like fresh fish and great cooking to go here if you are in the area. In fact if you aren’t in the area it’s worth going to the area specially! Thanks to all the staff and the chef. It was a very memorable lunch."

"it is called cocktail bar, but it is actually also restaurant, although the manager keeps us to emphasize that it is not. what makes a certain magritte come to mind and its ceci n'est pas une pipe. as a vaguely surreal impact; entering, first of all, is more to think of a workshop of modernity and furniture much beyond the vintage. without being this a note of demerit, the atmosphere is in fact cozy and pleasant. not having tried it as a cocktail bar, but as a non-restaurant, I can evaluate it for the non-grain we consumed. the only cocktail tasted, is that of fish appetizers, with fresh raw materials. from all appreciated, especially the octopus. personally I would not have felt the lack of a couple of dismissals, such as gelée aperolo and cherry destructured and gelatinized, which in the mouth left me a great why? well my cutters for nettle with shrimps, but without being able to become part of personal gastronomic memorable. I don't remember what I'm doing. all in all the final account does not differ from decency. having eaten fresh fish and consumed a large worm of a local winery, a 50 per head seems quite reasonable. of course, the moment of the strip could have been very unpleasant, because nowhere there is a non-menu with the prices. for this reason I was almost tempted to take away a star, wishing it would add to other more venal sins. but rather than dressing up the cloths of a strict judge, I write like a gimmick among many to do as a third incomod in my tête à tête with insomnia."

"restaurant near the archaeological park of populonia. pleasant and welcoming location. bring the norm, good fish, trivial scaling, a little high cost. so far it seems a simple evening in a tourist restaurant on average, but the beautiful must come. As soon as we're done having dinner, we're talking about the quotation behind us. curious and alert we turn and see the caposala (the owner intent to discuss with a table of 6 people. . the malcapitates had been made to host, after the application of the time, at 10 30 and despite having served them already the appetizers and wine, it is announced that the kitchen was closed and that they could no longer dine from the kitchen at 10.30 close. the boys, with a very quiet tone, propose a solution like cold dishes. at that point the owner warms up and starts shouting that you could not do anything because he did not want to fight with the cook, he would not have paid the food already consumed until they left immediately. "I recommend to anyone at the albatros park to try the alfredo cuisine, linguine with the rich and delicious fisherman, spaghetti with delicate and abundant clams, a fried of squid and totathan rings that I did not in time to photograph so much was good and delicate. all watered by a great prosecco suggested by the great rachele from which we were followed for the whole dinner and to which I congratulate for professionalism. excellent also the price quality ratio. Good job."
