"Such a shame! Recommended to friends/family for a celebration night on NYD. Really excited as had great service before. This time it took 1hour 40 to have our starters, just under two hours to receive mains. Partner had to go top up car parking, my blood sugars were really struggling. It was really embarrassing pestering them for our food, two/three times but had to be done as we felt forgotten. Others received their food before we did even though they arrived after us. Priority for restaurant was the just eat/deliveroo orders. Rushed our food once it had been given simply because we needed to get home and very hungry! We did not feel important at all, the food was yummy but not boiling. We spent over £160 and walked out feeling embarrassed and stolen. Please stop prioritising take outs when your other paying customers are sat in front of you! We chose to dine with you, no one else and the experience has put all our friends/family off the restaurant and really did but a negative spin on what should had been a celebration night."

The staff at this restaurant were excellent, providing top-notch service. The food was delicious and the complimentary mints were a nice touch. Overall, the service was exceptional and I would definitely recommend this place.

The staff are super friendly and did a combo meal not on menu just for me. They gave us complementary drinks and sweets with ice cream. We paid more than we would at our regular restaurant but overall, an enjoyable experience.

After receiving recommendations from friends and seeing their excellent Trip Advisor score, we decided to visit Massalla Lounge. We were not disappointed! I visited this restaurant tonight for a family birthday celebration, and it was my first time here. The menu had a great variety of dishes to choose from, which made it difficult to decide. The food was absolutely delicious, served piping hot and bursting with flavor. The staff were helpful, attentive, and happy to assist, creating a great and friendly atmosphere. They made my dad's birthday very special! I can't wait to come back to this hidden gem! I highly recommend it. Thank you, Massalla Lounge.

Table was booked for 730 new-year eve which we booked weeks in advance we arrived in plenty of time for our booking which was 730 we waited after 5 minutes a gentleman asked if we had a booking we said yes he then checked his list and booked us in then said we will sort your table immediately after 10 minutes waiting they say 2 walk in tables and at 745 a couple walked in for there booking they where seated straight away the gentleman ignored and my wife who had been waited to be seated he then continued to seat others and did everything to ignore us which is completely unacceptable to be told that we will seat you then ignore you the customer service is shocking I'll rephrase that WHAT cust...
