Maroush - Carte

Food was lovely and lots of it. My friends who were visiting from Canada loved it!

The restaurant offers fresh food prepared by talented chefs. I would especially recommend it for vegans as there are plenty of options to choose from.

Good consistent solid food quality and taste with friendly staff. Lacks ambience however. Needs something to liven it up. Would recommend to anyone looking for hearty Arabic food. Note tenderest chicken sheesh I ever had.

Food was tasty as always, not amazing but very good. Service is friendly for the most part but you don’t feel overly special. Seems to have lost a bit of its edge in comparison to previous visits over many years. May try somewhere else next time.

Food is delicious (but hidden costs on items we understood were on the house). Service from our lovely waitress and waiter was good. The manager, however, behaved woefully. Chewing gum and shouting at patrons is not advisable. Will not be returning. Voir le carte

The food was great as this type of cuisine usually tends to be, I highly recommend the grilled prawns. I think our biggest gripe was the service, it just wasn’t as tentative as it could have been. We were almost irritated at some moments. This was a passing through moment as we were close by but will most likely not revisit.

Appalling service had to ask for wine and water several times. Then ordered some more food explaining we were in a hurry and they forgot to order it, so we had to go without. We declined to pay the service, but they didn't even ask why. Shame as I remember the food here always being good but with four venues maybe they have over expanded.

The food at this restaurant was excellent, but despite making a reservation, we still had to wait. The staff seemed more apologetic towards walk-in customers who also had to wait. The service was okay, but not exceptional, and while the food was good, it was pricey compared to other establishments on Edgware Road. We were expecting a superior experience compared to other restaurants in the area, but instead, we received a similar one at a higher cost. It may be beneficial for the restaurant to reconsider how they justify their prices. Voir le carte
