"Apple Maps says that this is on Beach Road in Scratby, rather than Beach Road in Hemsby. Whilst on holiday in Scratby, we went for a wander down to where Maps said this was, only to find it wasn’t there. After some Googling, I soon realised it was actually in Hemsby. As this was just a short bus ride (or drive) from where we were staying, we visited Hemsby for a day and made sure to call at Madison’s for a coffee. I got the vanilla oat iced latte and my partner got the caramel iced Frappuccino, both of which were delicious and clearly very fresh coffee. Customer service was also brilliant. The only reason I am rating 4 stars rather than 5 is because of the price; £5 for a coffee is rather expensive, but for artisan quality it’s to be expected. Thank you!"

Popped by here a few times for crepes, coffees, donuts, really great staff, service and sweet treats. Absolutely recommend a stop by here if you are in Hemsby

We were looking for some fresh cinnamon doughnuts when in Hemsby and were attracted to Madisons (being unsuccessful elsewhere). Friendly service and great quality food (6 doughnuts in this case). Not a difficult choice.

Always love visiting madisons when in hemsby, lovely friendly staff, top quality food ranging from bacon rolls to crepes donuts ice creams and waffles. Coffee to beat any high street chain and their iced coffee is the best!!

Grabbed coffee here most mornings before heading out for the day. Lovely people great service and the iced coffee that was like a slush puppy omg everywhere should do that it was a real treat on a hot day. You couldnt get a good coffee anywhere else on the street.

My coeliac daughters were delighted to discover Madison’s offered gluten free cones. The ladies checked the ice cream and washed the scoops and were careful handling the cones which came individually wrapped. They really enjoyed their ice creams thanks! Lattes were good too.

Had milkshakes from here yesterday and were spoilt for choice. Such a wide variety, we finally opted for an Oreo one, with creqm and a white kinda bueno, without. Both were served with a smile and we were not disappointed with them. Pancakes, waffles and ice creams on offer too. Definitely recommend.

There’s nothing better in the world than an ice cream by the sea or hot chocolate to stroll along the beach with- and both are absolutely scrumptious at Madisons We are lucky to live close by and even luckier to have a shop so close to the arcades and facilities to always have an option for something sweet, hot or luxurious like a hot chocolate with marshmallows, cream m and choc sauce Nothings too much of a problem for the girls and staff, they are so helpful and with long opening hours, they work damn hard too Keep it going Madisons, you’re doing a super job!
