This pizza is top-notch. It was served piping hot and tasted absolutely delicious. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be returning next time we are in Edinburgh.

Excellent service. Reasonable prices. And the Tiramisu cappuccino was incredible. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The food was excellent all round. And did I mention that coffee? Recommended.

Had the burrata pizza, it was very good. We sat outside and it rained, but they have an awning so we kept dry. Waiter was lovely. Took off a star just because we had the classic margarita and it wasn’t great. Would still recommend going here. Voir le carte

We were fortunate to secure a table for six for a late lunch. The service was friendly and attentive, and the food was delicious and satisfying. This restaurant is the perfect and necessary break from exploring the pubs in Grass Market and Rose Street.

We were very impressed with how fast our order came (10 minutes) and the quality of our pizza (and the place was packed). We also really liked the friendly, helpful staff. Also, almost ALL restaurants in England/Scotland add the 10 service charge to the bill. That's a very small tip for good food and good service!

I had arrived just about 5m the outside was busy, however, the inside was empty. Staff disinterested and to a few attempts to catch the waitresses eye. The food arrived average at best followed by the bill which included a service charge, I don't think so especially when charged £4.5 for a half pint. Sorry but no! Will not be back. Voir le carte

Visited here during the fringe and was so busy we were just glad to find a seat and somewhere to eat. I am a bit fussy and couldn’t really see anything I wanted so ordered a pizza which was decent but a bit stingy on the extra toppings. My partner ordered spaghetti bolognese and was a pretty poor portion for the price with very little bolognese sauce. For the price, it was not the best. Great location that sometimes means that there’s less effort made.

We were seated outside and despite talking to a waitress before sitting down, we had to go and ask for a menu and service. 2 of our pizzas arrived at the same time. We had to enquire about the third pizza twice before it was finally delivered. The meaty pizza had a good spread of salami but only 6 tiny meatballs. The other 2 pizzas were tasty. Then came the bill. They added a 10% service charge even though it’s optional. I see we are not the only people that it has happened to, so just be aware of it.

What I ordered was a basic Margherita with pepperoni AND Italian spicy sausage. So, I expected a pizza loaded with two full extras. What I got was maybe the equivalent of one extra topping, if that, and the meat looked the same. Certainly I could not see what I’m used to calling Italian sausage. It was very oily too, I could have poured off at least 1/4 cup of oil from the top. It tasted ok but I’ve had much better in New York, Paris, and back in Australia where Aussie Italians make superb pizza. And, despite being called Made in Italy they did not have Italian cola. Still, the French restaurant next door don’t do croque monsieur’s so go figure. They need to work on being faithful to the na... Voir le carte
