that was wonderful and we had an excellent waiter who gave us attentive, but discreet service. the wagyu Scotch egg is amazing as the thousand layer chips. worth visiting if they are in the opposite.

Really good meat!! The mixed board is a really good way to taste different styles of meat and understand what you like (I like cheapest cut the place is very big is nice when busy. Not cheap but worth to try or to celebrate once in a while. Good wine selection but at a price. Voir le carte

An amazing restaurant in the heart of Victoria! The decor and ambience were truly magnificent as was the attentive service. We got the M fried chicken to start, which was so good and well seasoned- I just didn’t understand the use of the apples. We got the rump steak and sirloin at medium. Both were excellent and so flavourful. Unfortunately, it was a bit undercooked for our liking but it was still so soft and juicy. We also got M chips and tomato salad which were both good! Visited M Victoria for a late post theatre dinner given the location, opening hours and reviews. While the decor and atmosphere was quirky modern and the service incredibly efficient, the food was a huge disappointment. Having ordered five dishes I got to sample the cereal chicken £11.50), the yellow fish tuna £12.00), the monkfish tandori £25.00) and the sirloin steak £29.50) The chicken lacked any real flavour while the tuna was overpowered by a spicy sauce. It 's rare for a restaurant to get everything so wrong across so many parts of the service. The food is fine. The service is appalling. I walked in and asked for 2. The hostess said 2 what . I said 2 people please. She said 2 people what . Once we finally got seated in a fairly empty restaurant, I was waiting for my friend and was brought the menus. At 12:30 in the afternoon. I 'd read about the burgers and salads and was confused at how the menu was only for full big dinners. I asked if they had burgers and was told oh, you want the lunch menu?
