"I chose this restaurant for the area close to Old Trafford and the reviews were good. I had contacted the restaurant and they told me parking was free for customers.Even on match night. After parking my car I was rudely approached by an attendant who insisted I paid £10 to park, I was more than happy to pay but explained that we believed parking was free for customers. This matter was eventually cleared up with the restaurant reception, not the hotel reception. After seating in the restaurant, we were handed the menu, the choice was appauling, burger and chips, chilli and chips,steak and chips,gammon egg and chips.. There had been a change of management only 6 days before our visit. The skeleton staff could only do their best and we waited a long time to be served. We were told by the waitress there was a long wait for food , we decided to stay and wait as the only other option was to go to a local chippy or Tesco for takeaway food. The food was okay, and our visit made pleasant by the waitress who did her very best to make our visit more comfortable. When we returned to the carpark after the match our car was blocked in and we had to wait in the bar till the owner of the offending car returned, no big deal however but it did make our journey home incredibly late. Dispite what I had planned for a special occasion for a friend all going slightly wrong, we still had a good time."

Nice pizzas. Good pasta. Risotto was nice also. Family of 4 with drinks came to £58! Bargain.

Really lovely, we have been many times as we live nearby and we are always welcomed in the restaurant and catered for well being vegetarian. Definitely recommend!

When I visited the restaurant, the service was lacking because the owner was not there. I think that your company needs to make sure and inform customers about these situations. I will not be using your services anymore in the future because they are unreliable.

The good first, the food was very nice and ambience very good, staff were pleasant. Now the not so good, the food seemed to take quite a while coming, granted I had fillet steak and know it takes a while. About the fillet steak, I was disappointed the steak didn't come with any sort of veg or anything, I had roast potatoes with it which knocked the price to around £26 for the steak, not a rip off just a nice touch to get extras. Overall though this was a very nice dining experience and would come back.

We recently visited Luigi's, which had recently been taken over by new management and was no longer an Italian restaurant. Despite the change in cuisine, we decided to give it a try. The new management was very accommodating, cooking dishes that were not on the menu and allowing us to sample the wine before ordering a bottle. We enjoyed perfectly cooked steaks and will definitely be returning. The food was fantastic, the service was attentive but not overbearing, and the chef was very accommodating. If you're looking for a nice evening out to eat, I highly recommend it.

I was disappointed by this Italian restaurant. The menu was very limited, with only steak options available. They were out of the white wine we ordered and also ran out of cider. On top of that, we had to wait over an hour for our starters because the staff forgot to put our order through. My steak and chips were good, but my friend's well-done sirloin arrived rare, which was not acceptable. Some staff members were unaware of our reservation when we arrived, which was confusing. The location is great for those attending Old Trafford, but the service and food quality were lacking. I cannot recommend this restaurant.
