"My husband and I were lucky enough to spend our honeymoon at Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc and it was the best decision we’ve ever made. We’re already thinking about coming back next summer — it was truly beyond what we had imagined and more. Based on reading the reviews, a few things stood out to me: 1. Service: I have received not-so-great service at other 5-star hotels around the world as a woman of color, but not here. I NEVER felt that I didn’t belong here and all staff made me feel so welcome and comfortable as soon as my husband and I entered the hotel grounds. At times, we felt that everyone was TOO NICE! 2. On-site amenities: My husband and I like to stay active and the tennis court and gym are unbeatable. We were able to reserve a spot each day with no issue. 3. Decor: It seems like a lot of people have issues with how “outdated” the room decor was and urged the hotel to change the decor but I disagree. The current interior decor is traditional and aligns well with what the hotel’s aesthetic is like both inside and out. If you prefer to stay in modern hotel rooms, this is NOT the place for you and you should book a modern hotel instead of staying at a hotel with a long and rich history. 4. Attention to detail: Building off the first point, we were showered with really special touches throughout our stay at Hotel du Cap. Maybe it was because we were honeymooning or because our travel agent had an existing relationship with the hotel but we did receive thoughtful gifts and exceptional service throughout our time. I was left speechless each night! 5. Accessibility: As a guest, I prefer to have better access to all the amenities that the hotel has to offer. I read a few reviews regarding how hotel guests were let in before non-guests and non-guests were upset but I think the management should continue to keep the policy the same. Why are guests required to pay 2000 euros a night if we’re not going to be let in before non-guests to bars and restaurants AT THE HOTEL? It totally doesn’t make sense. We were truly blown away by everything and can’t wait to come back with our family, friends, and (one day) kids in the future. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to be on our honeymoon and we’re already dreaming of returning!"

From the service to the staff, absolutely everything in the Cap Eden Roc hotel takes you to a Utopia devoid of any hassle or worry, leaving room only for the happiness and joy of a life in paradise. Cet hôtel a des codes vestimentaires complètement fous. Les hommes doivent porter des pantalons et des chaussures fermées après 17h. Cela limite l'accès aux RESTAURANTS ET AUX BARS pour tout le monde. Je paie des milliers par nuit, et je n'ai pas accès aux commodités de l'établissement. Peut-être que cet endroit devrait proposer un accès par adhésion sociale. Cet endroit est vraiment décevant !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Chambres : 4 Service : 2 Emplacement : 1

This amazing iconic hotel has continued to attract writers, intellectuals, artists, jet setters and illustrious people for 150 years. I was recently lucky enough to be able to stay there for a professional award and I identified with the situations of luxury, elegance, art and contemplative relaxation that Alain Delon, George Bernard Shaw, Picasso, Marlene Dietrich and the Kennedys experienced before me! Immersed in a 9-hectare park on a promontory between Nice and Cannes, three aristocratic villas, imperial suites, rock swimming pool, five tennis courts, gym, pine forests and rose gardens, terrace overlooking the Mediterranean. A dream that came true.
