"we were having lunch with six people to eat in this restaurant. four of us had pizza, a friend and I had a noodle dish each.The pizzas were big and very tasty. my barley dish (tortelloni) was also very delicious. Unfortunately, however, was so little on my teller (twölf tortelloni) that after that I was still hungry and had been kissed by the very great pizzas of my friends. I'm usually not the biggest eater. what makes a 2m tall man? the four teller to be fed?The noodles unfortunately also came about 20min before the pizza, so I was already ready to eat when the first got their pizza.Toped has my other starving then still the service - which was really horrible and super cheeky. the two girls who served us were nice, but the man who cleared our teller and took us off was very unfriendly. I didn't want a reaction or explanation, I just wanted to leave it as a critique. that would have done thema for me. the waiter, however, wanted to start a discussion, replied the question "Where else do you go eat?" I was irritated by the question and answered: "besides in various other restaurants" and he: "so I know myself in the restaurant scene and can say that the price-performance ratio here is really very good and that the portion is sufficiently large". Service was very fast. Waiters were very friendly. Ambience was amazing at the biergarten. Pizza came super fast and it was super super delicious.

We were 6 and had to eat in a really small table, waited 1 hour for the pizzas and even got an arrogant response from the waiter as we asked him about the delay. The pizzas aren´t bad but their immense size and their price does not correspond with the quality. We also had one of the daily dishes. Horrible mistake, the dish could not relate to its description on the board. As we wanted to pay, the waiter mentioned before took his time, charging every table possible to make us wait as a kind of revenge for our complaints. As we told his boss, she told us that it was none of her business.All in all, one of the worst experiences i have ever had in a restaurant. Maybe it is a good place to order...

After the forth time going to l'osteria i have decided to stop going for a while until the service improves. In all my four visits, I either received the wrong pizza or the service had forgotten my main dish. To top it all, the waiting time for the "wrong pizza" was in average 45 min, so you can imagine when you receive the wrong order or no order at all after waiting this long, the night takes a left turn and what supposed to be a nice night out turns into a stressful disappointment.
