This was DUE entirely to the voucher supplied by Activity Superstore. The manager at Loch Fyne did try VERY hard to sort it out but eventually I am having to take the take problem up with the voucher people."

The front of staff were helpful. The service was quite slow and I was very disappointed with the vegetables served they were old and stringy. I did draw it to their attention. As 2 local branches have closed which I use to visit I hope the service and quality will improve.

The food was delicious, but what truly made the experience exceptional were the two individuals who attended to us. They were funny and attentive, always seeming to anticipate our needs. My friend from Wales was highly impressed. We felt like VIPs. Thank you for a wonderful evening, we will definitely be returning soon.

We love the Windsor location as a base for other visits and as usual a great meal with good attentive staff always on hand . This is the place to take your guests/friends and family too. A great experience for all with high standards. The staff were unable to give me my Loch Fyne card discount, for what ever reason. But theses happen. Voir le carte

Service was very good. Food was tasty although not top notch. Some of the ingredient combinations were slightly misconceived e.g samphire with a creamy mustard sauce…. Both nice flavours but didn’t go well together and the samphire is too delicate to be paired with such a sauce which just overpowered it. Desserrr was nice but nothing special.

The staff at this restaurant is very friendly and efficient. As a regular visitor and a vegan, I find the menu choices to be reasonable and tasty. However, it would be great to have some non-dairy milk options for coffee or cappuccino. Many other restaurants offer this option, especially when they have vegan dishes on the menu (as is common now).
