Called into the Little Chamonix and received a frosty welcome. Hot food not served after 2.30 p.m. and a refusal to accept cash and a most unfriendly attitude. Won't be going back! Voir le carte

just perfect. great for veggies mozzarella, tomaten pesto sandwich was beautiful. victoria sponge cake was so yummy one of the best cakes I ever had. the personal was also friendly. we're coming back!

The best dog friendly cafe in the lakes. Gorgeous food and the warmest welcome. This is our go to place when walking in the north lakes. All of the food always hits the spot but the cakes are just gorgeous!

Lovely little cafe in Keswick. Had a very tasty cumberland sausage, egg and bacon bap with a large mug of tea. The cakes looked delicious and wish I had bought a slice or 2! Staff very pleasant too. Would recommend. Voir le carte

We (and our little dog) just love this place, seriously lovely staff, gorgeous food that hits the spot after a good walk in the hills and the best coffee around. If you’re visiting before Christmas you must try the Festive Roll, absolutely delicious!

What a little gem. Don't want people to know about the absolutely brilliant cakes or the generous drinks or the wonderful staff all served using locally sourced produce at reasonable prices. If people found out about the cosy interior they might flock there and we wouldn't be able to get in. So just walk past and don't notice it tucked away just before the leather shop .Sssshhh
