"I talked to the woman here, first impressions. a nice and cozy little restaurant, pretty busy on a Friday night due to takeaways, the meant service was a fantastic slow! tee was beautiful like the fresh orange, the main event. yes we enjoyed the mixed grill, all meat was delicious, like the rice and salat! what I would say is that the food was worth the money, but it must be more of it, as the lamb pieces were a ted on the small side and it could do with the addition of lamb sawarma! I had to fill myself with chips to feel like I had something essential to eat and that's just a waste of bauchraum imo lol! would I go back, I would go back and see what other food day had in the offer"

"Having never been here before and after reading great reviews about Cote, I decided to book this for my friend and I. On arrival, we were seated immediately at a table under the air conditioning. At first, we welcomed this as it was warm outside, but by the time we left, we were both very cold. For us, the staff were very attentive and friendly and the restaurant has a lovely atmosphere. On the downside, we didn’t think the portion sizes were adequate for main courses and our dauphinoise potatoes didn’t stay warm for long. Dessert was a very disappointing size wise if I’m honest but it was delicious. We had a bottle of wine and a cocktail each. Don’t make the mistake we made and add service charge on as it has already been added on."

"booked weeks in advance based on recommended. ordered and had to wait 30 minutes for eating. I had the vegan cheeseburger with speck and the vegan poutine that was delicious and I enjoyed. "Living in France (for the time being) I crave authentic Indian food which is plentiful and varied in London where I have lived for 54 years. My son being at Glasgow University provides me with the excuse to travel North regularly and enjoy the huge diversity of restaurants that Glasgow offers. The Wee Curry Shop is simply sublime. The cooking is precise, the menu concise and the spicing as it should be! Small joint, only maybe thirty seats at a push which enables the very small kitchen to deliver great results. Halibut grilled with subtle spices and flavours was outstanding, the lamb with Fenugreek leaves was like nothing I had before and their butter chicken is just sooo yummy, one would have to eat it keeling down in reverence. In short, not one duff dish on the menu and more than fair bill. This place is packed and very much for the connoisseur. Highly recommended."

"This is a lovely casual dining restaurant in the west end of Glasgow. Inside, the mood is low key with modern seating and dimmed sunset lights. The restaurant was full, so we had to take a seat next to the entrance and window, but we got seats! The menu is not large, but I always prefer it when a restaurant does a few things well, rather than too many things not so well. Everything on the menu looked reasonably priced. We ordered 2 halloumi burgers and one black bean burger. I loved my halloumi burger, the avocado and peppers that accompanied it were perfect. The sides of hand-cut chips were lovely too. My friends all enjoyed their burgers too. For dessert we ordered three different items with the intention of sharing at least a small portion each. We ordered the Chocolate Orange Cheesecake, the Sticky Toffee Pudding and a Caramel Shortcake. My cheesecake was fantastic, it had a lovely citrus taste not unlike Terry’s Chocolate Orange. My friend ordered the Sticky Toffee Pudding and it earned high praise amongst the group. I wished I had ordered that as well, it was delicious. It had a lovely smoky aroma, the toffee sauce wasn’t too sweet so that you could really taste the caramel, vanilla and custard."
