une cuisine raffinée, des arrangements surprenants avec une grande précision qui offrent une expérience incroyable. les produits sont locaux et soigneusement travaillés, nous trouvons le goût de tout ce que nous mangeons. La cuisson de la viande est parfaite, le mariage des textures et des goûts est un bonheur ! Un des meilleurs restaurants que nous avons faits. Le menu « L'intégrale » vaut le détour, vous permettant de goûter presque tous les plats.

Super surprise ! de passage à l'annéité, nous avons fait la découverte de cette tourbière génitale! Je vous en prie. Le patron et le personnel sont vraiment très gentils. J'avais spécifié lors de ma réservation sur internet que je ne pouvais pas manger une grande quantité, le chef est adapté à ma demande et a fait les mêmes plats que mon mari mais plus petit (les photos sont mes plats et pas ceux de mon mari). Tout était super ! Bravo pour votre établissement !

We had a warm and friendly welcome from Magali, who runs L'Esquisse with her husband, Stéphane. She immediately made us feel comfortable and at ease in their cozy restaurant, which only had three tables of two on the ground floor. The menu is a surprise for everyone, including Magali, who knows the details of the menu a few moments before serving. The menu was comfortable and delicious, based on local and seasonal products and cuisine—while still having some playful elements. We look forward to returning some day.

Surprised by all these positive opinions, for my part good but not exceptional. Value for money a bit expensive. Well presented, but lacking in flavor. We took the €100 menu for a starter with cauliflower, the second with parsnips. For the fish, being in Annecy I was expecting fish from the lake, but disappointment with the hake which crossed France. Good cooking but still lacking in flavor. The red meat was not trendy. Good rating for the fresh dessert. Lychee after dessert!!! In short, a little disappointed for a one star.
