manger est trop tard. le foie gras est le meilleur que j'ai. ici il y a des années et ça s'est encore amélioré.

Nous avons déjeuner, la formule entrée plat, très bon rapport qualité prix pour €. Service impeccable. Accueil sympathique.

We've eaten here a number of times over the years and it's always been very good. A few years ago they had two competitors who seem to have gone downhill. But here it's as good as ever. Not cheap but there again the food is...really very good. There is a much more reasonable lunch menu but it can get full very quickly especially on Friday which is market day. we had a table reserved for four in the Bistro area, the front of the hotel. the backroom is the right restaurant. our table was in a cozy corner, with a view of the road. nice! the place has a Michelin sticker at the door. prices are very reasonable...compare to other places and that was delish! the women had the salat aux choux and the tagliatelle with prosciutto all very delicious! the service was slow, but we were not in a hurry. very pleasant and we would return.

You can choose between three types of menus: from 12.50 €, the menu decouverte for 43.50 € or the menu terroir for 20 € and 27.50 €. different proposals with which you can discover the traditional dishes and recipes of Poitou-Charentes without giving up the quality and good preparation of the two chefs that the part of the hotel is fantastic. the rooms are spacious and are marked. The tranquility you breathe anywhere in the hotel is enviable!

In an area lacking good French restaurants, Les Glycines stands out. Everything we chose was innovative, beautifully presented on the plate and very tasty. Loved my foie gras starter but the cod main course was really special. great flavours, superbly cooked. My companions raved about...their pork mignon mains, especially the tender and delicately spiced radishes. The desserts were equally good. We washed this down with a good bottle of Montagny, which was not expensive. Service was first class. Loved the surroundings, especially the luxurious amount of space between tables. Nous y sommes allés pour un anniversaire un vendredi soir de juin. J'ai réservé une table pour 8 personnes à l'avance. Le restaurant n'était pas trop occupé. Le serveur a recommandé le menu car il était moins cher, ce qui était super. Mais ils n'avaient pas l'un des trois choix. Nous y sommes allés avec des amis français qui ont commandé le vin pour accompagner chaque plat. Les entrées étaient charmantes mais le vin n'est arrivé qu'aux 3/4 de l'entrée malgré l'avoir demandé 3 fois. Les repas principaux ont été appréciés par la moitié du groupe et l'autre moitié a trouvé le repas trop cuit. Fromage, ils avaient un bon choix. Le dessert a encore été apprécié à moitié. we came by chance over this restaurant at a busy lunchtime while we went through melle. we decided to sit in the outer bistro part (the inner part is the right restaurant) as it enabled us to overlook the street and observe the people. The...whole place was cuddly, warm and cozy with a lot of atmosphere. it was a pleasant change to find a place full of people who chat with each other. the service was a little slow, but that was understandable because it was pretty busy. it seemed that there were only two waiting employees to serve several tables in a hectic time of the day, but when they appeared, the waiters were helpful and attentive. we had ordered plat du jour, which was steak in a pfeff...
