excellent dish of the day. On the fraicher side, nothing to say again. I'm just paying a fee. really a restaurant to discover. we will return to taste and savour the gastronomic side. prices are attractive.

I find the previous opinions very moved. excellent products very well valued thanks to excellent cooking and mastered seasonings with character! the chef eric caillon made a great move in 10 years and he became an unmissable place during a stage or a stay at me. during our holidays we stopped in this restaurant by chance and were not disappointed, a very reasonable daily menu input / dish / dessert to 13.50 eur it is really cheap with fish in main dish that was fresh and well cooked I was very surprised for the price, it is quite rare ... anyway not bad, the boss could just make a little effort on the smile and the more.

we had a table reserved for four in the Bistro area, the front of the hotel. the backroom is the right restaurant. our table was in a cozy corner, with a view of the road. nice! the place has a Michelin sticker at the door. prices are very reasonable...compare to other places and that was delish! the women had the salat aux choux and the tagliatelle with prosciutto all very delicious! the service was slow, but we were not in a hurry. very pleasant and we would return.

What a disappointment! Really! After a few years without returning to the glycines, which was a very good address, the value for money is not at the rendezvous, far enough! between a foie gras known as duck monsoon, a cute and too cooked net (soak) and too salty that lets think of a warming of lunch, one being said to be whipped directly out of a freezer seen taste, a salad of fruit cooked with spices with badly balanced flavors, this dinner was a fiasco. His stillness and delicacy are fundamental pieces of his charm. You can choose between three types of menus: from 12.50 €, the menu Decouverte for 43.50 € or the menu Terroir for 20 € and 27.50 €. Different proposals with which you can discover the traditional dishes and recipes of Poitou-Charentes without renouncing the quality and good making of their two chefs. The part of the hotel is fantastic. The rooms are spacious and are coquettically decorated. The tranquility you breathe anywhere in the hotel is enviable!

Nous y sommes allés pour un anniversaire un vendredi soir de juin. J'ai réservé une table pour 8 personnes à l'avance. Le restaurant n'était pas trop occupé. Le serveur a recommandé le menu car il était moins cher, ce qui était super. Mais ils n'avaient pas l'un des trois choix. Nous y sommes allés avec des amis français qui ont commandé le vin pour accompagner chaque plat. Les entrées étaient charmantes mais le vin n'est arrivé qu'aux 3/4 de l'entrée malgré l'avoir demandé 3 fois. Les repas principaux ont été appréciés par la moitié du groupe et l'autre moitié a trouvé le repas trop cuit. Fromage, ils avaient un bon choix. Le dessert a encore été apprécié à moitié. we came by chance over this restaurant at a busy lunchtime while we went through melle. we decided to sit in the outer bistro part (the inner part is the right restaurant) as it enabled us to overlook the street and observe the people. The...whole place was cuddly, warm and cozy with a lot of atmosphere. it was a pleasant change to find a place full of people who chat with each other. the service was a little slow, but that was understandable because it was pretty busy. it seemed that there were only two waiting employees to serve several tables in a hectic time of the day, but when they appeared, the waiters were helpful and attentive. we had ordered plat du jour, which was steak in a pfeff...
