Absolutely fabulous! We had a breakfast at lunch time with a lovely coffee. Good food and good atmosphere. Looking forward to the next time we are meeting there.

I always get the same thing when I go here smoked salmon and scrambled eggs on a breakfast muffin. It's always lovely, the coffee is decent, and the staff are always friendly.

This restaurant is going downhill. I used to enjoy coming here, but my recent lunch experience was disappointing. I hope this was just a one-time issue. However, I can't overlook the fact that they filled the well-known branded mayo bottles with a noticeably cheaper alternative that had the consistency of water.

I went for breakfast with a friend and ordered toast and preserves. I thought it was expensive at £3.20 so was surprised to receive supermarket sliced bread with a small amount of margarine. I have never been given margarine in a cafe with no choice of butter so went to ask the waitress for butter. She told me they don’t have butter and that what I was given was a mix of butter. She said she couldn’t help, didn’t know what to say but offered me a refund which I took. This place is an expensive Bistro so I was a bit surprised. I have checked the other reviews and found one that also questioned the margarine. All I ask is to get good value for money which this was not.
