Le Salon Privè - Carte

Went here for lunch and the food was absolutely delicious, the server was friendly, the place is a little dated but that's part of the charm

Unfortunately, we went on a Wednesday lunchtime, and we were the only 2 in the restaurant, we were so disappointed after reading other reviews. food was disappointing as well

We love le Salon Privé. Gianluca is a wonderful chef and an even better human being. He helped us put on a brilliant event for our wedding just last week. Food was delicious, the ambiance rocking, and the cocktails on point.

Disappointing, had heard this was a great little French bistro. We should have left as soon as we saw the laminated menu. We had fish starter and main. Very dull flavours even the chips were not good. It wasn’t cheap so not to be recommended.

I cannot tell you enough how amazing this restaurant is!! It’s a beautiful location, stunning inside, staff are friendly and knowledgeable about the food and wine. A la carte menu is very good but if you’re on a budget the menu du jour is excellent value. Voir le carte

So, been to this restaurant a lot over the Years but never did a Christmas Day. Exciting menu, was on my own but knew I’d been in good company. I’ve already booked for this year, it’s was that good. You’ll just have to check out the pictures to enjoy and book!!

Very nice place, both for food and decor. Friendly staff. The food was excellent and inventive with a very short menu (no doubt: a sign of quality). The cooking of the drill was perfect and the lamb was excellent. The wine list was very nice as well. Amongst which, we had a very nice Chablis and a very nice Poire Williams. We definitely will come back

This is a lovely little French restaurant, with pretty French music! The French bread and caper butter was very delicious had to order more bread to finish off the yummy butter! My partner ordered the scallops and I got the pea soup both very tasty! The decor is lovely, wooden floors and velvet blue sofas. The veal and plaice was quite good and the dauphinoise was excellent! Would definitely recommend and want to try the lobster ravioli next time! Voir le carte
