"Firstly, reading some of the previous reviews I’m startled at some of the comments concerning the staff. They were wonderfully mannered, professional and a credit to the restaurant, by far the best staff I witnessed in Lecce. The food was exactly what I wanted for the evening, being in Italy for 2 weeks already I was in the mood for a bit of a shake up. The menu is spot on with a choice for everyone’s taste. I had the fusilione as a starter, probably the best pasta dish I’ve had in years( that’s including my mothers lasagna, just don’t tell her followed by the beef. I’ve learned a trick when ordering beef being cooked, ask for ‘the way the chef wants it to be’ works every time. I think that he even gave me one of the best cuts. Fantastic! Personally I’m not the biggest fan of savory and sweet in dishes, so for me the honey and wine sauce was a bit too much but the fillet, yes please! Thanks guys! I had great evening! I’ll recommend you to anyone coming to this part of the world. The price was a reflection of the evening, exactly what I’d expect, to pat for the experience. Compared to prices in other parts of Europe, for the quality, spot on!"

This is the restaurant in the Hotel Risorgimento. The main course was an inedible piece of swordfish, unforgivable in Southern Italy. The room was elegant but in a sterile way.

A causa di un non meglio precisato evento improvviso siamo stati ammessi da una porta di servizio ed abbiamo cenato in un freddo locale ove altri ospiti hanno protestato per i ritardi nel servire le pietanze ordinate.

The views and layout make this a special place to eat and drink. The staff were good and the food was very good considering they were catering for a group of 30. Highly recommended based on the service our group received.

bella esperienza, assolutamente da ripetere. io e mia moglie siamo cenati in estate sul tetto giardino del ristorante con vista calunnia sul campanile della cattedrale di Lecce. servizio molto professionale e attento. ottimo cibo, dagli antipasti ai dolci. prezzi leggermente elevati ma buoni se legati alla qualità del cibo e alla posizione centrale del ristorante.

tetti al centro di lecce al quarto piano della risonanza. ambiente elegante, non molto grande. Anche se il palazzo è alto si può godere la vista dei tetti delle case, il campanile e qualche altro *cupola. bello ma non lo definirei mozzafiato. Ho fatto aperitivo per due con spritz e martini reali ben preparati. l'aperitivo comprendeva antipasti, un piatto di fritte abbondanti e buoni gusti di cucciole e taco. causa un piccolo ritardo nel servire il cibo ci è stato offerto un secondo giro di cocktail senza che lo avevamo chiesto. il servizio era gentile e molto professionale. il prezzo è da aperitivo sul tetto (35 euro totale) consigliato.

We loved the food and wine! There were many good options but we had the snapper and the sirloin, after we had an appertivo (the club sandwich). Such great flavors. Service was a little slow but was great up until the end. We were trying to pay the bill and asked if we could tip since we enjoyed everything, and our waiter responded “we don’t do that in Italy, you just pay the bill” which we found fairly rude. I’ve been to Rome, Milan, and Florence where I’ve always been able to tip. So just a note to not assume that guests haven’t been elsewhere in Italy/around the world or be standoffish when they’re trying to compliment the restaurant.. definitely hurt the vibe a bit.
