beau déjeuner dans le jardin. le service était impeccable et le menu complet était si attrayant que nous n'avons pas opté pour le menu surprise. chaque cure était bien faite et pas déçue. hautement recommandé.

We ate outside under the trees, the food was delicious, beautifully presented and mouth-watering. Our waiter was extremely attentive and helpful, he suggested wines to accompany our choices and we loved the ambiance.Hopefully we shall be back.

Bien cachée de la route, on a l'impression d'aller dans un jardin secret. La cuisine du chef est généreuse et gourmande, rien d'autre que d'entendre que la recette risotto sous le homard avec les girolles (délicieuse de la damner) vient de la grand-mère. Voir le carte

we visited as a group of 11 including a vegetarian and zöliakie and had the 8-course tasting menu. eating was classic French, but the restaurant was courteous, friendly and very relaxed. highly recommended for high-quality eating in a relaxed environment.

This place has a “Good cooking” in The Michelin Guide, but it is much better than that. We had the lunchmenu to 45€, 3 courses but in fact you have 6 different things, unbelievable standard. A great experience, on top of that, the service and...ambience has same toplevel as the food.

Fabulous little restaurant in Montaroux in a mostly residential area. Very relaxed setting. We were made very welcome. Food amazing. Staff lovely. Owner/chef came to see us after our meal. Nice touch. They do a set market menu , gourmand or à la carte. Cannot...recommend this restaurant highly enough. I have eaten in some Michelin star restaurants that are not up to this standard. où commencer. On a passé un moment hors du temps ! de l'accueil à la fin c'était parfait, toute l'équipe était très professionnelle, grâce au serveur à la chemise blanche (avec les origines de la réunion, désolé je ne connais pas son nom) pour sa gentillesse! Et bien sûr, le chef pour sa cuisine ! Je recommande sans hésitation cet établissement et qui mérite sa place au guide michelin avec sa cuisine avec des saveurs extraordinaires.

Nous avons dîné au Carré d’Ange un mardi soir fin septembre (donc très peu de touristes dans la région). Nous avons débuté avec un bon verre de bulles, puis avons opté pour le repas 3 plats : « fois gras » « Homard », suivi du poisson « turbot » (nous deux) et en dessert la tarte tatin au chocolat. Pour « chasser » ce super aliment, nous avons opté pour un excellent Pouilly fumé (demi-bouteille). Les plats étaient bien présentés (personne très gentille qui a servi notre nourriture) et entre les deux, il y avait plusieurs petites bouchées. Le prix était correct pour ce restaurant de haut niveau. Nous recommandons fortement cet endroit !

that was our third trip to le carre d’ange, although we weren’t for a few years. my man and I are definitiw food and the meal we had the eight curs carre de plaisir tasting menu (plus many extras) was exquisite, and. the service was impeccable. the meal was much better than those served in many Michelin star restaurants we visited, with an amazing variety of aromen and everything beautifully presented. I didn't drink any wine, but the weeping that my man had chosen from the cook were both excellent. we will definitely come back. also the fours served with coffee were nice and delicious. the meal was not cheap, but it was an excellent value for money and certainly an unforgettable experience.
