I made a reservation for my mother and sister, but they didn't receive much food and even had to share some baked items, despite the fact that the price was per person. Other than that, they said the food was good, but they wouldn't choose to return.

I really enjoyed lunch at this tea room. Although we had to wait for our food due to a funeral, we were offered complimentary drinks during the wait. The prices were reasonable, and the dining room was beautifully decorated. I would definitely return!

I booked afternoon tea for my mums 90th birthday. Our table was set with a happy birthday banner and gold confetti and next to the window so she could look out on the beautiful gardens. We both received a glass of prosecco on the house in honour of her birthday which was a lovely gesture. Our waitress was so attentive and caring and really made the occasion special. We ordered a traditional afternoon tea and a hearty afternoon tea, but were informed that the hearty option was unavailable. After a wait, the bartender returned with our tea, which was sufficient but nothing extraordinary. There were no other staff members present, and the bartender only returned once we had finished. Given the high price of the tea, it was marketed as a special experience, but it did not live up to our expectations. Overall, it was certainly not a good value for money, and it felt misleading, as we never anticipated that we would not be in the Laura Ashley tea room.

I booked this for my daughter and her 3 friends to celebrate her 11th birthday. Although I'd arranged to bring a balloon and table decorations, they'd already trimmed the table up with a banner and confetti which was a lovely touch. The Children's Afternoon Tea was perfect for children (jam, cheese and ham sandwiches, donuts, scones, jam, clotted cream, chocolate sauce and fruit kebabs, hot chocolate and milkshake and jugs of squash). But the experience was far from childish. They drank from champagne glasses, used beautiful cutlery and crockery and linen napkins. They felt very grown up indeed. Our first visit to Laura Ashley tearooms and it was delightful! The tea-room itself, beautifully decorated and of a high standard, is in a separate part of the very grand and historic Kenwood Hall, so immediately impressed. This was for a birthday treat, there were just three of us, and what a lovely surprise- our table had been specially decorated for the occasion! Nothing was too much trouble for our perfect host Magdalena who was so attentive and hospitable and lovely. The afternoon tea itself was beautifully presented with a choice of delicious finger sandwiches, scones, macarons cakes and pastries freshly made by the chef straight from the kitchen and I would describe it as a fine-dinin...
