"latitude is really close to my work, but I just managed to taste your lunch menu in this week. the menu here is not very extensive, but if they are looking for suppe and a roll to lunch, latitude is the place for them. I and my friend have both opted for the suppe and roll combination. what I like about latitude is that although they do not have a huge menu they have a series of suppen options. all suppen sound tasty, but I chose the sweet mais and cheddar suppdare, with a thunfish and a gurken roll. the suppe was absolutely delicious! I'm so glad I chose it, and I would certainly have it again. the roll but was quite dry, a little extra filling would have made it so much...read more"

What a place. The BEST COFFEE AND TOASTIE in Edinburgh without a doubt. And the tea is delish as well. Its our first stop in Auld Reekie AND amazingly cheap. The best £5 spent ever.

good coffee and tasty puddle(I took cocosnus and celestial cake. perhaps just a note, music can be a bit louder because it was so quiet there that it was a little awkward to speak; but place and personal excellent! Voir le carte

good coffee at a good price. small sitting corner inside. there are many sockets that are used when current is needed. play music. only one person worked but was not a problem. not sure how it is at the weekend or in peak times of the day.

waits for a coffee 20 minutes! they have no time to make coffee because they constantly pick up orders and it is packed there. air feels at stuffing. no chic coffee art. coffee was too milky, not strong enough. costa would be better than this place I do not recommend. Voir le carte

the decor in this coffee shop was great and I was stretched on my coffee, but unfortunately my flat white was not very nice and tasted the same as coffee from these automatic push button coffee machines that they get in hotels etc. though this place looked like he had the right kit. I couldn't finish it.

more beautiful place not really agree with the negative asspects of some of the previously submitted reviews. the place is clearly renovated along the side that runs the business, but it is a charming space and sure that it will end up extremely stylish. the homemade suppe is delicious and the ingredients for sandwiches are better quality than the bog standard sandwich shop had never had problems with the service either.

"new kapitel has caught my attention after I was on top ten on trip advisor only months after the opening in the oktober last year. that and the fact that it is open for my early january birthday, made it the perfect place to celebrate to become a little older. I was with the man and his family. the man is quite used to my taste and good to the kind of kitchen that would appeal to me for a special occasion; his family not so much and I was filled with shame as his mother scornful went through the menu trying to find something she would enjoy. I've eaten with the family of the man, and I know they enjoy eating, so I think it's a failure of the menu that it is not accessible. the benming always blooming and garnish can appeal to some, but for others it is overcomplicated and it is necessary to find a balance between the two. we start with the starters and I go for venison sour wort pithvier. the venison was underheated and incredibly dry, to the happiness the sourded a little moisturizing and so saved the whole dish, but the aromen were quite not clear, except the garnitur of plastered mushrooms I thoroughly enjoyed. for the largest part we chose a fish dish for our main,- sea trout, smoked muddles, petersilien and coast herbs. where the starter fell, the main recording is getting back. the dish is rich and creamy, and each element adds the complexity of the taste as a whole, without disturbing. the concept is now an old one, and it would be deceptive if it had not worked, as it would essentially pay with this place. I enjoyed my meal in new chapter, although I do not agree with it is stellar status under the hierarchy of edinburgh eateries. it is top ten position is just a flash in the pan of hot popularity, and in time it will be plated in the upper half of the middle stage where it belongs. and that is where it belongs, the dishes can be plated with a michelin star in understood, and the venue and the supporting media has the clean lines and empty slate look of fine but eat the team has a long gone to go if that is their real aim. at the end, although it was a beautiful meal, and cheap (at the moment I would not be surprised to see their prices slowly rise) and the man’s mother found something they enjoyed and that is the most important."
